Last night: Braised beef liver with carmelized onions in port wine gravy Baked potato Steamed broccoli Since Mr. H. was out at meeting last night, and he doesn't like liver, I made this iron-rich meal for myself. The package of liver was far more than one person could eat at a sitting, so I threw the leftover cooked liver & sauce into the food processor and made a pate', which I'm gonna have on crackers for my lunch now.
