My plan for the day is case of bitter ale and Fallout 3. Mindless wanton drunken destruction. How could it possibly be wrong?

The structural organization is similar to what we've done here in the past and I believe that has worked just fine. I'm not at all interested in having to publicly answer questions about likes and dislikes. To me part of the interest in this is what we manage to dig up from pub history about each other or what entirely random things we choose to send. Surprise is part of the fun. :)

Nice thread resurrection! I've since seen the flash twice more. Once from Cat Island, and most recently this past spring from Turks and Caicos.

Pirates don't have friends.... we have potential victims that we know pretty well but still like. edit: Yaaar! I guarantee you that if you add me as a friend. you WILL feel all fuzzy inside. I like him too, though I keep thinking a looks a bit like hes just been caught in his own booby trap. Sneaky, pained and somewhat embarrassed. So I have a hard time finding appropriate time to use him.

I'd just officially quit working at MNRF and was googling my way around the internet wondering what I wanted as a replacement when I came across the pub. At the time it was small and no one cared that I lurked and was occasionally pithy. Then authority was bestowed upon me it was all down hill from there. I still hide in the weeds. A lot. I've stayed because of the great variety of things people discuss here and the ways in which that discussion is accomplished. I also appreciate that this is a small online community of people who by and large know each other in real life. That really alters the sterotypical online interaction into something I find appealing. All that inspite of the fact that I don't know anyone here in real life. Though there are a number of you I'd like to meet.

This is quite sad. I really wanted there to be a statue. Is the myth a myth too?

I love House. Love it. In a very bad way. I also don't have television, but I do own all four seasons of house. Oh yes. I actually found out about House because one of my students compared my teaching to House.

I could be a dog, you never know! All scrappy with one black eye and little folded over ear. Probably a bit of mange as well. Besides a circumspect band-handed insult is easily ignored, circumvented or reinterpreted. The perils of being clever and sneaky are mainly that no one will notice.
