Thanks Blackbead! Next quote: Who in the world possibly cares how much tuna I eat?

I had to search for this on youtube to jog my memory. Ayep...I do now recall the cartoon thanks to the clip of the opening sequence. Geez, it's been years since I've watched it.

Yum! Please, take a seat sirs if you're hungry. *grabs a tankard and fills it with ale to join the meal*

I bet you that's it Graydog (only because I haven't seen it).

A coworker celebrated his birthday this past weekend, and a few of us went after his office while he was out (last Friday). Funny thing is, he unknowingly assisted in finding the materials for his "gingerbread office". Heh.

Been catching up on entries and pics of this latest PIP, and I must say I'm jealous! Looks like the crew had a fantastic time, and the weather must've been perfect! Is next year's aimed for around the same dates? Thanks for all the great pics...the garb and reenactments look marvelous. Edit: Nevermind! I see the dates on the forum.

I'm not 100% sure on this, but is it from either of the 2001: A Space Odyssey or its sequel, 2010 (Odyssey Two)? Oddly enough...I was thinking it could've been a Star Trek film, but I don't remember an idiom like that ever being said.

Something I love during the holidays (or heck, any cool day) - mulled spices in a mug of steaming hot cider. -

The weather's not too bad here as of late. Hit a mild cold snap (lows in the 30's, highs in the 50's), but the temps will go back up later in the week. Sounds like central FL might be cold and rainy once again next week, hopefully for Christmas. I'll be freezing my glutes off out west for the holiday in Denver.

Jem - Flipping between 'They' and '24' on my laptop's ITunes. Her singing and combination of instruments/background singers gives me goosebumps.

I don't know if the "flip the bodice around" advice will help Mary Sue. In terms of your picture, it does look like the bodice you have on creates some cleavage, but I'd bet you'd end up with better results with a stronger bodice that held you up more. I've only got one myself, so I am by no means an expert, but that'd be my initial observation on it.

Spiked heels = evil (mho) I don't mind chunky heels as much, as long as they're comfortable (read - cushy insoles). No Manolo Blahniks for me. Watched two movies this week (one on dvd, one in the theatres). I finally caved and bought The Haunted Mansion. Saw it in a sneak preview in '03, and hadn't seen it since. Watching it again four years later, and I realize it's not so bad (aside from Eddie Murphy, who's so-so). Also watched 3:10 to Yuma. It was decent...seemed to have a formulaic end to it. The protagonists of the film (Crowe and Bale) played off each other well. I actually felt bad for Bale's character as the story unfolded and you found out how much crud he'd been through.

^ When I was around 14 or so, I decided to go for a short cut (nearly as short as Demi Moore's cut in Ghost). It was cute for a few months, but then it was very hard waiting for it to grow out to a length that I could stand, which at the time was chin length. Since then, I've grown my hair out and these days it's past the midpoint down my back. < *plugs ears* I did not hear the word shoes! Actually, I'm more sensible in my footwear purchases nowadays. I might buy a pair or two a year, if that, and those are usually the shoes I wear the most. I love my Bass penny loafers. V What would be your ideal form of transportation? (i.e. boat, plane, segway, camel, etc)

Ugh...shoes. I have too many. I bet I could make some serious bank on ebay by selling a good portion of them. But then I'd never have anything to match specific ensembles. I have a great earring collection (most are packed away in storage though). Had parrot dangles, big hoops from the 80's, skeletons, little flowers, lobsters, and even popcorn. I lost one of the lobsters though...bummer. That addiction has slowed down though. I stick to non-danglies, and either wacky (lizards, frogs) or plain styles.

Definately fluffy pillows and blankets (I have too many, but that's okay). Add grey skies, a little rain (and a cup of tea) and it's darned near perfect. <nods to Jenny> And Ransom, I am also of the creative sort, and am often looking for ways to fill my time. These days, I tend to stick with drawing, painting, sculpting and writing. I'm not going to go into my addiction to shoes.

A no fuss meal tonight - sandwich with thin sliced chicken, cheddar cheese, lettuce, mayo and plenty of spicy mustard. Chips and onion dip on the side..yum.

Yep Michael, you're right. It's chalk full of WB one liners (my favorite of Carey's comedic shtick).
