Orlando Bloom's former management agency wants some of his Pirates of the Caribbean booty.
The Firm, which began working with Bloom in June 2002, has sued the actor in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming it is owed "no less than $660,000" in commissions from Bloom's work on the two upcoming Pirates sequels.
According to the agency's complaint, it is entitled to a 10 percent commission from Bloom's salary from all projects negotiated for him while he was still The Firm's client, including Elizabethtown, Kingdom of Heaven and the unreleased 2004 indie film Haven.
Bloom jumped ship from The Firm in favor of Brillstein-Grey Entertainment in July. His departure is alleged in the lawsuit to have been encouraged by his manager, Aleen Keshishian, who was repping him at The Firm at the time, but left to become a partner at Brillstein-Grey, where she continues to count him among her clients.
According to The Firm's court documents, which are posted at TMZ.com, Keshishian and BGE have already collected some $200,000 worth of commissions to which they are not entitled from Bloom's paychecks for the Pirates of the Caribbean sequels.
The Firm filed a separate suit against Keshishian and BGE on related charges.
No word from Bloom on his thoughts regarding the potential wallop to his paycheck.
In addition to the two Pirates sequels, the erstwhile Legolas is working on the romantic comedy Love and Other Disasters, alongside his older sister, Samantha Bloom.
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, in which Bloom will reprise his role as Will Turner, is due in July 7th
