  4. Hey Matthew, welcome aboard matey!! What size britches do you wear? I think I still have an old pair of breeches downstairs.....cant remember the size, but I got them from from my Dad from the 1776 Bicentenial, alas we are both a bit broader these days! You might be able to squeak by in them until you aquire what you need/want, or if your handy with a needle, convert them over to French Flys...... OR tell me your size, I have a pair of French fly breeches that I wear ( im roughly a 36) I'll use em as a pattern and I can stitch up a pair...you add the buttons...

  10. Forgot to add that I stapled and sewed up the back.....and dont forget to flatten the seams really good if your using thick material!! OR Send me a measurement of your legs from ankle to knee and I can probably stitch up a pair, just need to know what material you want them made from....
  11. You can actually see a bit of "sag" on these....tighter sizing around the leg can help this....
  12. Sir, One possibility is to make your own. I made my own bag hose when I was doing 42nd RHR. I took material (practiced with scrap first!) put it around my calves (leg parts) and stapled it roughly where I wanted to stitch. Then started sewing them, trying on as you go to adjust fit, until you are happy with them. I also used a ribbon to help keep them up (think garter straps) but I imagine breeches would be good enough to keep them up. I used the ribbon since I wore regimental tartan. Finished hose are worn below: I actually didnt have toes on these either, they came to roughly the ball of my foot.....hopefully this is a tad helpful! Wes
  13. Or click on the icon to his Letters of Marque store....link http://www.etsy.com/shop/lettersofmarqueuk Your map of the world in inches is roughly 18 x 32-ish Caribbean is 18 x 24......IIRC Its worth the wait!!!
  14. I just found it amusing that alot of folks are looking at it wondering where to get their Jack Sparrow duds, looking at the name and all, and ignoring the actual pedigree or historic intentions of the builders. Bo, if it goes for $69.99, put me in for at least half!! I got 2 poder monkeys at home!!! 2 more and we can fire the 4 cannon!! lol
