LOL!!!! He's not whistling Dixie on that one. Most have a hard time driving in the rain down here. As soon as they even hint at ice or the white stuff, there is generally a raid on the grocery stores like it's going to be an all force White Out. It can be amusing to watch, but then I am a transplant from near Canada. No reflection on their character, good folk on the over all, but Texans and Winter Weather do not mix. Currently 29 degrees with a windchill of 18, quite wet and more to come. (If it were about 20 degrees lower, it would feel like home. LOL!) OOOOOO!!! Gumbo!!!!
