  1. Nice name for yer kitty Christine! I'm wishing mine were here now to help me (tear up) sort out the work I have in my office.
  2. A bit hyper (gave in to a very tempting piece of cake).
  3. Perhaps our paths will cross, sir. I'll holler if'n when.
  4. Your hat looks well done, Mister Carter. Is it a fez of sorts, or is it another type?
  5. Unfortunately I won't be heading out any farther than the norm next week. I'll be spending a bit of time with family, and we usually hang at the parks (WDW) or somewhere nearby. I do hope yah have a great time though!
  6. Oh good grief blackjohn! I just caught your post on the square dancers (Bugs Bunny). I'm afraid to ask...but did you transcribe that yourself?
  7. ROFL! Way to get philosophical on the smilies folks!
  8. I'll probably be in town when you're here. Holler back when the time comes closer...and perhaps more folks can join in to welcome yah. Pleasure Island has clubs (dance and comedy), shops, and a few places to eat. An Irish pub (Raglan Road?) will be opening up there in two or three weeks.
  9. Sophia, you do realize that many of the WB cartoons were specifically making fun of Disney's dopier entries? Chee! I did forget that bit, John. I guess I'll have to watch it another hundred times until I get it right. Yep, I do realize that Mission. And I enjoy the poking fun that ensues. Um...is that a panting pirate? I wonder what he's doing (though do we really want to know?)...
  10. A short list of where I'd like to visit: London Scotland (going in Jan 06) Ireland Japan Australia New Zealand Egypt Palau Islands (saw them in an Imax movie once) I've been to a handful of states (or driven through them) in the US, the Mexican Riviera, Cozumel, Jamaica and Grand Caymen.
  11. I have two tunes on my Ipod, which is unfortunately at home charging right now: Attsamattaforyou and the Fuedin Redneck Dance (I forget which cartoon that's from) Looney Tunes is the best...Disney's a close second for me in the cartoon arena.
  12. "A dirty mind is a terrible thing to waste." Indeed it is, which is why I don't.
  13. Ahh...you must be referring to Star Wars weekends. I had seen a group (flock? gaggle? regiment?) of storm troopers this past summer at the event. Nothing like a man in uniform, even if it is white plastic and black lycra. I recall seeing some pirates at WDW (at the PoTC attraction) a few years back, not during an event. Indeed, it would be great if Disney did that more often.
  14. I'm wishing I had my dvd of Looney Tunes at work now thanks to you gents. My favorites are Transylvania 6-5000, Robin Hood Daffy, Rhapsody Rabbit, and any of the Pepe Le Pew cartoons.
  15. Done with my studies...cleaned a bit of messed carpet (cats - occasional carpet messes). Now...time to relax and listen to music.
  16. Well that's good news that piratical fun will be had at the Magic Kingdom. I plan on being there in my completed costume. Wonder if I can blend in and sing a tune or two?
  17. Working on my college studies... yeah...that's right...
  18. Will they be around during the each night the event is held? I'll be heading there on the 21st and 30th, if memory serves me right.
  19. Good note there, Cap'n Siren. I'm not into extravagance...the gent could pick a pretty gardenia from a passing garden, give it to me whilest on a walk, and I'd be in heaven. Funny you should mention voices. I typically go for deep ones meself, but as of late, I can't say I wouldn't go for "non-deep" voices (ala Michael J Fox).
