Hester, I have been watching it from the start...so far I like it. They do have the Castle Picton's crew sailing the ship, they just make sure they aren't in the footage. They do make the Pirate Master crew do some stuff around the ship but the main task of sailing is left to the the real crew. Yes it would be nice to see more of the ship, but there's a lot to cram into that 1 hour less commercial breaks. At least when they go on their little pirate adventures they have it at least themed up to be piratey. I like the idea of them carrying those heavy ropes last night and the rope bridge.

I found this earlier in the week going through the "No Quarter Given"events and thought I would post it. I am going to try to go to it...to see especially the Roman soldiers and as well the Pyrates. No Quarter Given events page MacArthur page

Was again sailing through the net and happen'd upon this...looks interesting. Has anyone gone to this before, or perhaps this is the first event. website

Jacky, Oh yes much more a Pirate Theme on Saturday. I think Sunday was supposed to be more Surf.

Hmmmm, and then there's that comment that Jack and Tia had between each other..."I thought I knew you"....knew as in Biblical sense...but they dispell that....then how well where they aquainted...just friends.

Hi Maria, Yes we listened to the girls play they were very very good. They were right by Tiger Lee's booth. The man was an older gent around 50 something, large in stature and white hair. I asked " Is there anyone here from Pyracy.com?" He shook his head quickly 'no' and went back about his business of packing up the tent. I just found out from a co-worker that was there earlier than I that the belly dancers performed more than once, and I thought we had caught something special at the end I had a feeling one was teacher and one was student. I was almost going to bring my zills, I wish I had I could have played along with the dancers. Did you see the Asian Jack Sparrow? With his jar of dirt......

WOW, this was so much fun. Sorry Bess that we missed you we got there around 2:30 and went down to the end of the Pier first. Later we stopped by the Privateers and I asked a man there if anyone here was from pyracy.com and he looked at me like I was crazy. The band was really fun and at the end there where 2 belly dancers...bonus! Did anyone from here go?

I was over at the Pirate Master Wiki website and was checking on the page I set up over there for people to post pics of themselves as pirates. A gent posted his pic there, he and some buds where lucky to be extras while the filming was going on in Dominica. Here is the link to the photo he posted. I told him I was going to share it here. For the folks who have been to this before can tell a bit of what will be expected? Food..and ...Entertainment especially. And how much for pay parking? (Is it limited time parking?)

I picked up a kite at the 99cent store that has the animated Captain Jack Sparrow on it (like the figurine above). The playing cards also have the same animated Jack Sparrow as well (got a deck along with an Easter Card).

...Just stumbled across this on the webpage for Captain Morgan. I have seen some of the commercials (kinda dumb..could be better), but they have a webpage for people uploading their 'poses'. Would be great for some of us to try here, since ahem...we already have built in costumes...ahem..so to speak. Have fun..let us know if any of you decide to try it out. Pose Off

....also what was the 'proof' of the alcohol then. I mean I look at Sailor Jerry and it is 90 proof and Captain Morgan is 70 proof, but back then it may have been lesser?

I would really dearly love another Pyratey Swashbuckler...with the good ole Erol Flynn smack to it. Perhaps some other producer/director team good chime in on a good thing and make it happen.

I agree Bess, if they do make some more POTC's with Johnny, I hope they go back to pyratey concepts like they started with such as the un-dead pirates under the curse of Inca Gold. The Fountain of Youth idea is still at least tied to ships. Ponce had gotten 3 ships underway to go look for it and stumbled across FL.....HEY great tie in for Disneyland Orlando...eh?

Johnny, I joined the Pirate Master Wiki and on there they have a page with all the amounts won and what was diveyed up....but I asked the question there if they know about the deals under the table. I don't know if I had a response to my question. Treasure Tracker page

I read somewhere where they where def thinking of a 4th and 5th and even a 6th. Johnny I am sure would say yes. The storyline probably will change a bit, but keep Cappy Sparrow as our beloved hero. Article about 4 article

Joshua, definetely not because of the lighting but of the content when the movie started. It was tough to see him as such a morose character in the beginning. I def want to watch it however all the way through, I just had a tough time seeing Johnny portray a character like that. Secret Window I saw from around half way through to the end. Def want to watch it the whole way through.

I tried to watch the Libertine but it was so dark in the beginning I did not watch the rest. I will have to make it a point to watch the whole movie. Ed Wood...ah yes...another one to take note on that I have to watch.
