Pirates = Ship on an ocean, blades, cannons, cool clothes, hip lingo, sayin' Arrrrrr or Argh, whatever else comes to mind. Aliens = Plasma, ability to travel at the speed of light, metal objects imbeded in your nose, morphing, green toxic blood, cloning, the FBI, conspiracy, apology is policy, Mulder & Scully tracking them down, and my personal favorite: Trust No One.

I went to a pyrate party in Seattle last month, in a little bar called the TNT. I had heard that next door, there was a bar with jazz in it, so out of curiosity, I and a few other pirate-types walked over. Well, they had a cover charge, but the owner said we could come in for free since we were in our pyrate garb. He took me to the back, where the band was, and low and behold, there was the interior of a pirate ship! The captain's quarters formed part of the building! It was really well done, but seemed really out of place in this jazz club. Turns out, the place used to be the Benbow Inn. Ever since then, I thought how cool it would be to buy the place and restore the Inn…

I'm back in New Orleans now, but around 8:00 this morning I was in Charleston, SC, on the way to the airport, when I glanced over to the right, and noticed a small white van, with a a decal in the left rear window of a bandana-wearing pirate; then I noticed the license plate said, PIRATES Someone on this list, perchance? Capt. William

Pirates- I've gotten the sailing bug (thanks Royaliste!) and am thinking of building a boat with my dad this summer (seeing as he's an experienced carpenter, and I think it'd be good "bonding" time). So I emailed Jim Michalak, since I had liked some of his designs, and he suggested the following. It's never been built, but he thinks it fits my requirements (needs to carry both my father and I (~220 lbs each), needs to fit through a 3-ft gate on it's side, and needs to handle some chop in the N. Cal. lakes). What do all you think? I'd especially like input from all you sailor pirates. The Vector

I'm working on a story line and am looking for a little help in melding the idea of a tattoo on my back that is actually one half of a treasure map. The other half of the map will be on my beloved Jack's back. The idea is I can read his, he can read mine but we can't read our own. For anyone to get the treasure, the maps must be placed side by side. The location of the treasure can be real or imaginary, but I'd like to use real latitude and longitude lines for the directions. The tattoos can be complex or simple and of course the designer and artist was killed to protect the location of the treasure. Please remember he was a real artist so the tattoos will need to …

on halloween, i dressed in my finest gear, armed myself to the neck, and went out gallavanting with a few friends... as i am a busty kinda lass, i was becoming quite annoyed with other people staring at my ample bosom uninvited-like, so i would shove me trusty pistol into their throats and make them give me MONEY! people thought i was kidding, and i was NOT. They paid up! the one fellah i deemed worthy of my attentions was scared to hell and back of me, and that made terrorizing him even more fun! i made quite a bit of money that night, and i was a complete hellion. i am sure i gave some folks pitrate nightmares.Nothing like being in a crowd of people, and yelling …

YARRR i have always been more of a lover than a fighter, but it's high time i learned how to use me weapons in case the need arises! well, mostly just so i can fight with cutlasses and knives and such (heheheh) what do i need to know about seeking out a training program? i'm in relatively good shape from being a belly dancer for so long, so that's helpful, but yar, me bones is getting old...(ha!) so, what do i need to know? i am SO not interested in learning pansy fencing. i want sword fighting!
