As for tonight I think it will be Scrambled eggs, Toast and blueberries on the side....I know a bit backwards breakfast for dinner...but I make good scrambled eggs. Then for dessert we are having shortcake with sliced strawberries and blueberries with cool whip. As a side we had Sun Chips, Garden Salsa and Cheddar Cheese. BLT's are the best Sandwhiches ever.
