Manglin' Maggi Maloney Posted July 22, 2007 Share Posted July 22, 2007 oh wow, well neither beer-n-bratz nor catfish became supper. we had this instead: "Boss Burgers" (okie, the name sort of sprung up while we were piggin' out on this, so it stuck!) 1 pound Beef Patties (seasoned with salt/pepper, Worcestershire sauce and onions) French Buns (any other time i would have butter-seared them) Grilled Baby Porta Bella Mushroom Slices Grilled Sweet Vidalia onion slices Smoked Provolone melted over the veg Let/Pic/Tom and spiced brown mustard on the buns Sides: Bunches of Steak Fries and ketchup Iced Tea Dessert: Peanut Butter Goo-Goo Ice Cream & Peanut Butter Fudge Pie *droolness* Agreed Mad Matt! we DO need a drooling smilie! Making up skewers of either shrimp, cubed steak, chicken, with red, yellow and green peppers, onion, pineapple and mango, tiny red potatoes, artichoke, cherry tomatoes, and yellow squash.
