MarkG Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 Thanks. I don't suppose that any one of you could set up a web cam at the Hide for at least one night could you? Maybe even set one up on the fort wall? I know that there are several businesses in Key West that share a web cam page; perhaps they might help? Hurricane, might this fall into your professional sphere? It's not even time for PiP yet and I'm already suffering from withdrawal. Is there WiFi on the beach? Without that a web cam is tough. Mark

michaelsbagley Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 I'm gonna guess this is a Fayma question, but if there are any here that know if there is a more appropriate person for this, please let me know who, or if possible would you mind passing the question along. Trish and Shannon have submitted their registrations (on time even! And if you knew them you'd understand the miracle that is ), and at first they did not submit a registration for young David as there was some doubt about his coming (he was going to stay with his bio-dad). Now it seems he is more likely to come than not. He is a 14 or 15 year old teen, so he won't be fighting or any of that, is his late registration going to be an issue? Or is it even required? Looking for some guidance on how best to proceed with this. Thanks for any and all help.
Lily Alexander Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 Michael, it won't be an issue. It is required for all attending. If they would like to submit a reg form to save time they can send it in now. If not, they can fill it out when they get there. Hope that helps. If you're gonna give me a headache, please bring me an aspirin! http://www.forttaylorpyrates.com/
Capt. Sterling Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 Agreed...I will forward the information along to Fayma as well so she can add him to the list...got a surname? michaelsbagley Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 Agreed...I will forward the information along to Fayma as well so she can add him to the list...got a surname? That was actually a good question, as I was unsure if he still had bio-dad's name or not... But a quick text to his mom took care of that, his last name is "Angotti". Thank you both for the help and advice on that. I'll have Trish complete a form for him, should it still be sent to the same address? Or due to it's tardiness should it be sent elsewhere? Or just have it completed to turn in on arrival?
Capt. Sterling Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 Thanks Mickey...same address that's on the form. And Fayma would rather have them sent as soon as possible, will save her some work/time at the gate.... Lily Alexander Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 (edited) You can send it to the same address. It will get where it needs to go. The name change has been noted. (sorry, I assumed it was the same). Edited November 13, 2009 by Haunting Lily If you're gonna give me a headache, please bring me an aspirin! http://www.forttaylorpyrates.com/

Island Cutter Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 The Roll Call has been updated once again. Please review the first page and see if we are missing pirates or listing ones who will not be in attendance. The ZeeWolves will be moving from the "Beach" to the "Modern Campsite" (also on the beach... sort of ?) (sorry, we made this change a little while ago and I thought that I had sent the update... my appologies.) "No Profit Grows Where is No Pleasure Taken."

michaelsbagley Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 The Roll Call has been updated once again. Please review the first page and see if we are missing pirates or listing ones who will not be in attendance. Thanks for updating that William. It's not important, but next time you go to do some updates... young David (Trish and Shannon's snotty) David Angotti These two are one and the same person. Young David (Trish and Shannon's snotty) has a different last name than them. Thanks again.

Mark Hmmm we used Jack Roberts computer one year to check on flight arrivals from the beach...you might want to pm him to double check. Lily Alexander Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 If it helps, I had access to the internet on my iphone last year. If you're gonna give me a headache, please bring me an aspirin! http://www.forttaylorpyrates.com/
Jack Roberts Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 There wasn't any WiFi in 2007. Last time I was there. I used my "aircard". A webcam would be cool.
Captain Jim Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 A webcam might keep certain of us from sitting in a corner all week with numerous bottles of rum, cradling our weapons, watching every pirate movie in our collection while muttering "Pyrate!" over and over and...just sayin'... My occupational hazard bein' my occupation's just not around...
Silkie McDonough Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 I still can't believe you won't be there Jamie. To me Captaim Jim and Patrick are part of PiP. Padrig ye' best NEVER miss PiP as long as I am going!

capn'rob Posted November 14, 2009 Posted November 14, 2009 Latest update from Fayma via email today (Nov. 11) Bring firewood, hammocks are ok (take down in daytime), bring any extra rope you can, showers are good, soap issue pending, braziers for one and all are good, any type will be fine, in modern camping the colemans work too. Greetings Capt. Steerling, As to the before mentioned cordage. What size and length might ye desire and will ye be likin' hemp or manila? I have a goodly supply at Commander Lauderdale's Fort up the coast and I will be calling there before Bones Cay. Dutch "X' his mark
