I missed "Master and Commander" in the theaters but I picked up the DVD yesterday and watched it. Wonderful film! This is only the second movie I've ever bought the video without seeing it first. It was also nice to see "Pippin" in there as well (as the helmsman).

Well done, Penny! Huzzah! But fer dressin as a man, me friend does Obi-Wan Kenobi - complete with beard which takes over two hours to apply (and people don't know he's a she). And her Indiana Jones takes 4 hours to apply the stubble.

I find that upholstery fabric makes wonderful waistcoats and frock coats (and Hogwarts teacher robes).

Aye, Chadwicks be a fine place fer costume boots. Bought all me Jedi boots from them (2 brown pair and one black; Capt Grey has too many Jedi outfits ).

If it be THAT size it be blowed up enough! Ye can make duplicates t'sell t'pirate wenches fer them long, lonely times at sea....

And don't forget that Free Comic Book Day is the first Saturday in May. T'would be nice if there be a pirate comic in t'lot.
