  1. Wonderful job with the editing! I was there, and laughing so hard I thought sure I'd ruin the video ~ glad to see I didn't!
  2. Scarlett, perhaps in your planning, you can incorporate a swordfight for yourself and moi? Would love to explore that as a scenario ~
  3. Well Done! Truly, I can't wait to see more!
  4. Oi, Silkie! I have your black hair clip ~
  5. My word, MadMary...I do like the looks of Mark (aka F.B.) all scruffy and unkept...Lucky gal, you! Tall and handome, yes, indeed! And ALL MINE And, dear Cheeky, you must be careful, now! FB from PiP has a SIGNIFICANTLY different meaning than Mark's nickname, and is spoken for by Amanjira and William Red Wake ~
  6. Well, that would explain the dress, then, wouldn't it? Does ANYONE have a photo of him in that?
  7. OMG! We must have been aboard the Liberty Clipper during all this fun ~
  8. No pic of Bilgemunky, and I wanted to get one! Ah, well, at least we got to spend some time together.
  9. Welcome aboard, Good Sir, and Good Evening! I look forward to making your acquaintance at this coming Blackbeard's Festival ~
  10. Post-Parade, we were pretty exhausted and footsore, but managed to wander up and down Duval a bit ~ Cap's coat is magnificent, you really must see it. Photos are actually aboard the Liberty Clipper, a much larger ship than the Wolf. My ever patient hubby has had more photos taken of himself than he ever wanted, to be sure ~ but few by myself. To be honest, there were so many cameras about, I didn't really take that many shots (414) so I only posted the best 45 or so to the Photobucket link. Myself & my "Bookends" Mark & Lawrence Yak aboard the Liberty Clipper
  11. Flying from O'Hare to Miami, I made the decision we would carry Mission's Medicine Chest to ensure the bottles arrived safely. I already knew we would be going through additional security checks, as I have a metal hip, so expected a slight delay as they also checked the bottles. Mark (my husband) spoke with the security detail as I was getting examined ~ the guard inquired of him what all the little bottles were (note that several of them contained powders of some kind), then saw the hats ~ "Oh, re-enactors... OK." Not the response I expected from security conscious O'Hare! Much less interesting than some of the other incidents ~
  12. We keep a horse on one of the ships? No. The horse would be provided by one of the locals on the island.... we keep a goat on the ship and a few sheep for the Scots. OMG LMAO!!! Run, little sheep, RUN!
  13. Gosh MadMary....you were treated like a QUEEN! A Queen with a One-Way Ticket ~ Pirate Can-Can at the End of Hurricane Season Party Mission with the Crab This might sting a little ~ More photos here: http://s154.photobucket.com/albums/s247/gr...ity/PiP%202007/
  14. Ouch, dammit ~ ow! Ah, gotta love that coral. Would love to still be there now ~ this is what I get to see:
  15. Wow ~ What an Entrance! Must find out the details when I get there ~
  16. WOW, that sucks in so many ways ~ please know you are missed! Hubbalicious just picked up 2 1GB cards for the camera, so I should be able to get a few pics for you. At least we got to see you at SafeHouse! So, how did you damage yourself?
  17. Give me a call if you can't find them ~ Mark and I are NAUI certified, have everything downstairs, right by the luggage.
  18. So, as I do not cook ~ Is there anything overlooked for cooking, except the food? Do we need coolers (and ice) for liquid refreshment (PEPSI!) and food storage? I am better at helping than cooking! Let me know how I can assist.
  19. Mark, Yak and I have our own eating utensils, mugs, and plates. I anticipate having the following to share: 1 wood plate, 1 wood trencher, 1 wood bowl. I did invest a while back in disposable bamboo plates and eating utensils ~ if packing space is available, I can bring them to serve in a pinch.
  20. 6 DAYS! Oh, I can Hardly Wait! Don't forget to reserve a spot to go sailing on one of the boats ~ they fill up quickly. Weather is looking lovely! 80/81 to 72/74 overnight ~ Woohoo! Last 'jack of the thread (Sorry!) Ah yes, the Hat. Mark has been on Pirate probation from last PiP, pending his arrival this year with facial hair and a hat. To which end, I custom ordered hubbalicious a loverly hat from HatCrafters ~ really top notch folks.
