Interestingly, Disney may think they do. I was an entertainer with Disney and about half of the employees in the entertainment was gay. At the time, Disney "kicked out" two men who were dancing very close with each other. On the other hand, Disney supervisors chose a very proud and flamboyant gay man to dress as one of Cinderella's wicked sisters. This guy loved it. He dressed "in drag" and got to openly flirt with the male guests and employees. Disney really thought it was no problem.
