Yeah, honestly, it's something i used to do, but never with any frequency. I don't have any problem with its use - I just haven't really had the occasion to use it myself for a long time now.

By the way, folks, the program officially starts on the 14th (this coming Saturday), so you still have plenty of time to sign up and get motivated. Also, would anybody else be game for posting before/after pics? I am really really excited about doing this, and would be happy to post both. Maybe both in pirate attire, and plain-clothed?
