in the galley I found one lantern lit but by its alertness to sea travel and all ship shape and stored was for my part realized that it be closed for the night. I went about and returned to me quarters and quietly undressed went to me locker removed an old friend and poured a snifter (ergh two) into me teeth glass and swirled it a moment just to get me senses ready for the bombardment of full and righteous indignation. Throwing back the glass and me head at the appropriate time so as to hit the throat with as much as I could take the liquid fire was again not what was expected. Hoarsley I muttered, God I love that stuff... and went back to bed.

right now I'm trying to get more information about the Channel Islands Harbor Seafood Festival (http://www.ci-seafest.com/about_seafest.htm0 at the harbor in Oxnard (where our friend gary the Royalist) is going to be docked during this event until the Ojai pirate festival weekend. Friday 5 p.m. - 11 p.m. Saturday 12 p.m. - 11 p.m. Sunday 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. It costs 9.00 dollars but we can work on a free admission. (being the likes a pirates and all) We could even pass out flyers about the Ojai pirate faire there????? Also I sees where on Sunday from 6;00pm till closing its free admission only bummer is it closes at 8:00pm but for that something extra its posted below as an event. Huzzah!

so Gary are ye hanging there in San Pedro for the lobster fest this weekend and the talk like a Pirates day on Monday??? I hear the group of pirates involved there with the tall ships will all be there in garb this weekend and there is one hel of a pub in down town San Pedro. I believe its called the Whale and Tale (edited for correctness) Aye that would be the Whale and Ale!
