A little sad that I won't be attending the last weekend of the Renaissance Festival, but happy that I was able to order discounted season passes for next year. And I've got a real fire in my belly for the upcoming horse show next week. If there's anyone out there with a mind to win, they've got to get around me and Apollo to do it. Christine Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 Bummed. My favorite resident at my work died on Sunday night. I found out when I came in yesterday to work. I could tell something was wrong from the look on Kelly's face, the day receptionist. I could see tears in her eyes. The receptionists all knew this resident really well, we liked to call her grandma. She always came over to talk with us and do the snicker hand shake. Hold our hand and place a snicker bar there. She knew we'd need that pick-me-up, especially for the pm shift. She was just such a cool and sweet lady. She had an UTI and had to go into skilled nursing. When she finally did come back she just wasn't the same anymore. She didn't recognize us. I was told she didn't suffer and went her sleep. It seemed that she just gave up.....

Charity Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 Excited, i'm going through all the stuff i've collected over the yeard in bed and spare room and the whole house really, to throw out what's nolonger needed and when done.. I will fix up my bed and livingroom and the hallway. I will get a lovely bedroom and a double bed to replace my single one and all will be painted, new curtains etc, same in the living room. It will be made completely in nautical style, i've already got four round mirrors with wooden frame which will be painted to look like port holes and my wooden wall will be made white (old pink now). My oak furnuture will be made white and blue and silver handles, and god know what more..sand and repaint the wooden floor..add assecoires.. I will see how far i'll get. My father is founding it sort of as heritage of my mum. He had a lot saved to do some nice vacations with my mum and now..well he keeps enough ofcourse but wants to partly spend it on me instead. That's my great dad

I went ta the doctor today ana found out it wasn't me allergies but a damn sinus infection. A good one to. Been keepin me up. Now I got me some real GOOD drugs ta be takin care o it.
