pirate tattoos(not jolly roger) and brandings
Nigel replied to miss adventure's topic in Captain Twill
Arrgh, matey - I be a professional arrrtist, and hapy t'help ye with yer tattoo design. Be it traditional, cartoony, sinister, or whatever. I have done several tat designs in the past, and be currently in the process of designing a fresh new tattoo fer me sister. Drop me an email and let me know what yer thinkin' of. I'd be happy t'help ye come up with a good design. There are too many poorly designed tats out there. Makes me sad; if it be permanent, it oughta be done well. Hell, even if it ain't permanent it oughta be done well - but especially if it be permanent! -
feelin' piratey or nice? I be be feelin' NICE AN' PIRATEY!!!! Gotta be rum. 'Tis the best gift of all, asides from friendship, and, of course, givin' all yer plunder (in which case I'd just steal it right back, being a pirate and all.) 'Ere's to ya, mate! May yer hold be full of gold, May yer cannons be ever at the ready. May yer sails take ye from Spain to Wales (?) And yer wench wear a leather teddy. I just made that up. It's the thought what counts. 'Appy Berth-day, Connor! P.S. Take LadyB up on her offer! rrrRRROOWRrrr!!! Enjoy indeed!

Aye likes the simplicity o' Skots bones necklass meself....

I agree completely. I watched the classic Warner Bros cartoons as a kid and enjoyed them. Then, when I began to watch them as an adult, that's when I truly appreciated and fell in love with them. So much of the humor was aimed at adults. Plus, the remarkable sense of comic timing, and Mel Blanc's incredible voice. It just gets better with age. Ah, the joys of moving from childhood into adultery....

Happy berth-day, lass! May yer tankard be as full o' grog as yer heart is with joy. Hey, that was a pretty good one. Gotta 'member that.....

They were great in concert at the Paramount in Seattle.

He hee! You crack me up, Rosalinda. I likes ye more each time ye post.

Thanks, Stynky! Long time no see! You know, "where's Olaf?" is not only a darn good question, but could be an engaging puzzle game..... I sure miss Olaf's magic elixir. *sigh* next year.... In the meantime, Captain Morgan's will have to suffice. Cheers!

The ringleader handled himself in true Pyrate fashion - unafraid, daring and bold, proud and downright swashbuckling. Pirates don't ask permission to have fun. They rush in, take over the place, and hit the public broadside, cannons loaded wit' fun! Ye can join in, or be tossed o'erboard! *Snif* They makes me proud, they does... However, the poice chief was right: Pyrates can not be ignored! I say we drink a toast to our pirate comrades.

Aye mates, yer nev'er too late - me berth-day party continues on! How fun! 'Tis the joy of bein' a pirate. The rum was excellent, rum cake would have been brilliant (now why didn't I think of that?), the plunder was terrific (e'en though the least o' me concerns, fer once in me life). And the wimmins? Well now, I'd not be th' kind t'kiss and tell....fer free. Mounds o' treasure, indeeed! Thanks fer the wishes, mates! "I loves to go swimmins wit' bow-legged wimmins, and swim be-tween thar legs....."

And this is me in a nutshell: "Help! Get me out of this nutshell! How did I get into this nutshell in the first place?"
-
Wish I could be there with ya, luv. Guess I'll just 'ave to be in spirit.

None needed, my dear. However, if it be a particularly busy night, I may keep it in mind fer a little extra added 'oomph!' It's sweet that you care.
-
Extra Zing, and Vitamin E as in "yEEEE-haaaw!" Bring it on! I'm in a saucy mood.
-
Aw, that's right kind o'ye, lasses. Thanks fer the wishes. And not to worry...I be takin' me vitamins.

Id like t'be the one smiling and pointing whilst the driver is saying "If ye looks out yer winder t'yer left...." "Oh Vanna...."

Arrgh! How could I ferget the plunder? Oddly enough fer a pirate, it be the least o' me priorities on this 'ere voyage. Along with hugs, kisses, cards, candles, pretty sparkly things, love notes and dinners, I got a wunnerful book "Pirates", by Joshua B. Feder, frum me long time friend, his wife, and his coyote companion. He had waitied to give it to me until he read it first, and he said he learned a thing or two of pirates. The illustrations are beautiful, and include many of Howard Pyles lovely pirate pieces. Very inspiring indeed. But the best gift were the trip itself, and seein' me fambly and friends (and me beloved mountains) once more. And now, I am off to yet another lunch date. Cheers until next time, mates! P.S. Yes, I took me birthdate off me profile, to avoid the additional wrath of many a young lass's father, should they find out their daughters be consorting with men of such an age (But just look at that baby face!) And a few upstart boyfriends too. They be incensed enough at me without further encouragement.

He hee! Each to 'is own, indeed! That reminds me... I don't understand This here sport of fly-fishing Who wants to catch flies?

ARRGH! I been tryin' since yestiddy t' read yer posts and post a reply meself; but on top o' a relatively relaxed but still rich and full schedule, me sister's blasted AOL [Eh?-Oh-Well...] has been givin' me fits. Anyhoo... Let's see... Awwww......... *Snif* Arrrgh, ye upstarts, I'm touched - ye be bringin' a tear t'me eye. 'Scuse me whilst I dries out me eyepatch. I be landlocked in the Rockies, and lovin' ev'ry minute. I be spendin' time wi' me sister and her fambly, me dear sweet mudder, and a few o' me friends what ain't gonna turn me inta the authorities fer th' reward. They all be aghast at seein' me pitchers an' hearin' me tales o' Pyratical adventure. ("I could tell you \, but you just wouldn't believe me...") I treated meself t' a bottle o' Captain Morgan's Private Stock, and Admiral Nelson's Coconut Rum (they was all out o' Parrot Bay) fer me sister's new hot tub, which needed be broken in Pyrate-style! We drank some modified "Key West Cherry Poppers" in the process (try using Black Cherry Cola! Mmm-MMM!) Thank ye fer all o' yer wishes, and pomes (they cracked me up!), and drinks. MMMmmmmmmmm! (Say - ye know, root beer be good fer a hangover...) And fer ALL the good times, and excellent pirate friendships. Oh yes, and the kisses. Especially the kisses. Mmmmmuuaah. Tell Roxie, Michael, Ned and the rest o' the Rusty Cutlasses I be itchin' to see them, and to jam once again. Pat be a happy bunny, and yes, he actually has been dancin' a step or two...lol Ah...berth-days! This time I be takin' the hugs and kisses and GIVIN' the spankin's. AARRrrgh! As fer th' womens, ye all knows I be a one-woman man. [One woman at a time...] Soooo.... Ladies form a line to the left, one at a time, no shovin'. Save yer energy. Now we simply must put a diving board in the Forum's hot tub, so's I can make all o' ye walk the plank, ye buncha upstarts! Cheers, and a round o' the finest barrel in the hold back to ye- Nigel

Arrrgh! Capt. Morgan, a very happy berth-day t'one o' me favorite pirates (and fellow Taureans... Tauri? Taureootians? Blast it...Pirates) as well! May yer tankards be full (ALL o' them), and yer wimmin's be warm and soft in all the right places (ALL o' them)! T' celebrate, seems only fittin' I be sharin' me own special birthday stash o' Private Stock wi' ye. Bottoms up! Go get 'em, mate! An' as a special present, I shant make ye walk the plank, ye upstart! Cheers!
