congrats :) :) we bought a fixer upper... the dang thing is that the things we WANT to do are being constantly interrupted by the things we HAVE to do this went out, that went out, plumbing has gone to sh#t, car broke down so no extra money this week, etc., etc... can be a chore sometimes, but worth it in the end...

can do merrydeath, hope to be there all remaining 4 days.... mebbe bo will come down, and mebbe i'll see him...

i guess the list is funny... i dunno.... can't read it without my recently purchased reading glasses...... well... made it to 44 without needing them donny and marie, sonny and cher, and my fave--- carol burnnet (sp ?)

from what i can figger, the pirate fest is an offshoot of the renfaire that was started about 3 or 4 years ago.....

muppets treasure island gets my vote... any now for the flames....... sorry guys... potc1

we will accomodate any and all who wish to join us besides, it would be a great deal of fun for us...

this is an open invite to any one wishing to attend the st. louis pirate fest in sept. since there isn't a "camp" for attendees or participants, we will gladly offer space for anyone wishing to do so... we have a very large fenced in backyard and ample parking for anyone wishing to pitch a tent. sorry , house is crowded as it is... but we do have almost an acre of yard... there is a fire pit, swimming pool for those that are hardy enough for that time of year , use of our bathrooms and showers. i know it doesn't meet up with a nice bed in a cheap hotel, but the offer is out there for anyone wishing to do so.. we are only about 30 minutes from the fest... pm me or lady constance if interested

no camping here..... i live about 20 minutes away... i do know that clay from pyrate leatherworks stays at a motel nearby.... shoot him an email and pick his noggin for suggestions...

well lady b, if you do make it down, we would be more than happy to greet ya. along with an obligatory (sp.?) round on us still have to get my garb done, so "count de monet" may not make it, but "silas thatcher" will surely be there.....

web page was finally updated sept. 13 thru the 28... weekends only hope to have the majority of our garb done ( pc ) any one else planning on going ???

i'll have to agree with mission.... you have a goal, now make a plan and make it happen. you're young enough.... so what if it ends up taking an extra year.... no goal, no plan...... no happen sounds cool, tho.... need another sailor ???

since we are doing major remodeling right now..( ok--- it's been a 20 year long process... we are in year 10 ) sometimes everything is a complete cluser f***..... the garage, big enough to store 3 vehicles and still have room for lots o'crap, is currently packed with tons mo' crap.... that is why we are building a 16 x 12 shed in the backyard.... the garage will be cleaned out, so i can demo and rebuild the crappy foundation walls..... then, i can finally organize !! the sewing table is in our bedroom, the workshop downstairs is now a catchall for all the other projects going on.. post pics of this sometimes mess ???? NO WAY !! i'd have to clean up a bit first

according to the latest studies.... the number they came up with is close to 1000.... can't remember the exact number... it was 900 something. see---- there is nothing to fear, my dear !!!
