Atthefaire is a good place, but its been taking off some of the smaller faires around the midwest. Too bad since I do like them also. I would suggest you use the rennaisance.com site first, THEN go to the home site for the real dates.. they tend to be a bit slow changing info about them on there. Make sure you check for coupons and maps too. Most faires are grand about that. Good luck lass!

Hey if naked pirates got you the last time, I figured it might work again.. Its Barbados Jack's Birthday, and many know of him or at least his habit of falling asleep and 'losing' money from his pockets. Well I hope none of you drop, but I'm buying the berthday pirate a few kegs to cellerbrate. Drinks are on me, name your poison and give the boy a smooch and toast.. Happy Berthday, Lad! I got to watch it, and they did a good job of it, keeping up the tension of whether Kidd was a pirate or not. The only bad thing is... not enough pics of Scupper and Hawkyns!! We got to see Scupper in the courtroom (such big eyes!)and at the gallows and then I think Hawkyn's shoulder and his feet. There wasn't a lot of face on shots, but just a few at an angle. Still, its awesome to see someone I know on TV, especially how much I miss him. I did tape it, but I don't have a way to retape it.

" I am so glad I didn't forget the flag!! Anyway, some people bought him drinks afterward, and more thanked him. As it should be. Morgan laddy, you will be missed by many in this board, but prolly none as much as me.. Scupper, fire up the hot tub, I'll be needing some holding after I get done blubbering..

Oh Mr Burke! Can I have your autograph?! and run of your liquor cabinet? The show is part of the History Channels Investigating History series, and you can get a little info about it on www.historychannel.com. The first one was about the Holy Grail, last nights was about Jesse James I think. I look forward to seeing it, and recording it for posterity.
