when going up against naval ships, or his enemies, he will give no mercy, the way he sees it, you wanted a fight? one of us will finish it.
  2. From the album: Projects and Concepts

the second version of Greyhound's jolly roger, the winged hourglasses represent time flying by, the swords represent the readyness to fight, the crown represents his belied that rule of the seas belongs to anyone bold enough to seize it, and the grinning skull represents the fact that he smiles and laughs in the face of death and they are a merry bunch or rovers. I tried to get the skull to 'grin' like Calico Jack's and the jaw was partially based on the jawbone from the Aztec coin in the first Pirates movie.

a coat of arms bestowed to greyhound when he returned to England
  4. From the album: Projects and Concepts

inspired by one of the flags of Black Bart, I read once that buccaneers would fly a blue flag, symbolic that they no longer came from any nation, but rather 'came from the sea'

THIS beautiful speciman to my right, is the Dutchman. He has outfits that put put mine to shame. It is my belief, that no matter how amazing your garb may be, there will always be someone you envy. Bernardus Dutchman is the man I've cast my Green Eye on. Hopefully someday I can rival him.

met some ninjas on Pirate's Weekend at my Home faire of all places! Naturally, this could not stand so I challenged them to a duel, here I am bringing Big Bob, my blunderbuss to bear, 'Always open and end with a bang' that's my motto in a fight.

There we got Jim Shipley in this one, for the life of me I don't remember his friend's names though. I saw him again this year, when I was back on cast, it was fun.

three pirates, three color schemes. All mates. Too bad the festival was closed. It was a small one, but it was fun while it lasted. Anyway, that is me on the left, my friend 'Captain Quinn' in the middle, and my friend 'Slash' on the right.

Another reason It's good to be a pirate. A GENTLEMAN pirate. In my experiance, women are often impressed by fancy garb, BUT there is ALWAYS someone the subject of your envy. For me that is Bernardus Dutchman of Michigan Renn Faire. His outfits are rediculously fancy and beautiful, hopefully, Hopefully when I get my justaucorps I can rival him. What's funny though, is apparently, I only have luck with women when dressed as a pirate out of state, knowing full well I'll never see them again. lol

  19. AFAIK, the edit function still works. However, I will be happy to delete the posts for you if you like. Tell me the post number(s) you want removed so that I only take out the ones you don't want. (This number is in the upper right hand corner of the post - looks like #xx - for example, this is post #117.) Thanks.... But I would be more interesting in the editing.... Then I posted asking about where the button went.... and i just found it two seconds later and realized fro some reason it's only letting me edit this post? what's up with that?
