Capt. Sterling
Since ye are so uncertain, we shall let ye be the first guinea pig, I mean volunteer, so ye understand what we are all talking about....after all thanks to the pictures, everyone has already seen yer arse, including Mission, so it shouldn't be too much of a shock for the good doctor... Mission
But what will the audience think? (It's really not that hard to figure out. Alimentary, my dear M.A. d'Dogge.) Capt. Sterling
Diosa had some to share, but as far as Tony uploading them to his site... damn that will take months, I would think, what did he say, he ended up with about 17,000 shots... that is a lot of sorting, etc...give him time, he never disappoints...I would think mid Jan....at the latest... Mission
I want a photo of me sitting in Deadeye's tent listening. (Unfortunately he and I were the only ones there and I never took Mary's camera out - I probably wouldn't have been able to operate it at that point anyhow - so one wasn't taken. But if anyone manages to come up with one, I'd really appreciate it.) Mycroft: "My brother has the brain of a scientist or a philosopher, yet he elects to be a detective. RustyNell
Mission, I was there, sitting by the fire watching the whole thing unfold. So I can see it in my head....I have a fairly "photographic" memory. I could describe it to you. Sorry......best I can do. Edited December 24, 2008 by RustyNell “PIRACY, n. Capt. Sterling
snigger... ye seek him here, ye seek him there, generally, somehow, capt. sterling is everywhere... or at least he should be "I being shot through the left cheek, the bullet striking away great part of my upper jaw, and several teeth which dropt down the deck where I fell... Mission
Here you go Mission.... That's great. It's totally wrong because we were sitting at 90° to each other on the ground, indian style, but...I may use it on the web page anyhow. ("Above is a faithful rendition of the event as it unfolded by someone who was clearly not there at all.") Capt. RustyNell
Sterling for your graphic rendering....He is correct they were sitting indian style at 90 degree from each other.... Mission facing west, Deadeye facing south the light from the fire was coming from the direction that Dead-eye was facing but he was obscured by the shadows cast from his table full of instruments. Only the right side of Missions face could be seen but he was well lit by the fire and it was apparent from the expression on his face that he was intently listening to every word Dead-eye was saying ...hope that helps!!.. LOL Say, you were there, weren't you? I only remember Edward showing up, asking if he could come in and then leaving [to get reinforcements, no doubt]. Then a bunch of people showed up, the identities of which I recall not, and the moment, she was abjectly destroyed. Sterling...now you don't have to draw the chairs.
