I use to have a 10 gallon aquarium, but the water here is so full of nitrates that no water conditioning stuff would clear it up. Plus the algae was constant (again, nothing would work to end it), so I finally got rid of it. I do like saltwater aquariums much better and yes I do believe they are far superior in cleanliness and the marine life is much more beautiful. However that marine life is very expensive.

When 'oops' just isn't enough! I think I would be very angry.

This is terrible news. This day is also one of great sorrow for myself and Boats as we learned of a dear pirate friend who died last night. I can only hope for the best for the Royalist.

Been there, done that, which is why I don't go to every friggin' event around. I haven't been to a sci-fi con in almost two years now, I miss it, so I'm making a point this year to go to a few just for a change of scenery.

Now that looks like one hell of hoot! So silly I'll have to go see it.
