  3. Honestly, Christine, no I'm not ok.... I'm very upset with the person I live with. Far more than the Bitch from Baskerville Hell that laid into me in the PRP camp....
  4. I live in Escondido near Ash and Grand.
  5. Wishing I could talk to someone about something bad that happened at Ojai. I've not talked about it with anyone, but it's grating me and making me a very unhappy person....
  6. Dang, next time I'll bring me 12 string guitar!
  7. Hahaaaa, a friend said I should get a copy and have a party at my place...uh more like it would be detracting into an orgy.....
  8. Can't be there, sorry. But the Escondido street faire is Oct. 16. Not sure about going to that one either.
  9. I can honestly attest to the fact there was no wind to speak of during the whole weekend. So sailing without a motor was a problem. Secondly, since I did spend Sunday night up there it did rain, but more like passing thundershowers, drying in between. Most likely it did rain for longer periods after I left Ojai and was headed home. Thirdly, I've gone to many, many Ojai events, spring and fall and none had the crowds that were there as this event did. Goodness it was absolutely packed on Saturday! On Sunday lighter, but I think most of the vendors did well, or at least those whose prices were within the reason of those who could afford anything. I did come across some vendors whose products were way over the sky and to the moon with their price tags. (geesh who the hell would pay over $200.00 for a clay-made bottle with a cute design? Certianly not any of the people at that faire!) I've never seen so many piratical outfits in one place. Some were really good (aw shucks, someone had to do it ) and others were quite questionable. But everybody had fun no matter what! Well I've got about three weeks to finish up making my wares to sell at the Escondido Faire, but I'm taking it easy until then.
  10. Haven't heard of it either. Most vendors are already signed to do the Escondido faire that weekend.
  11. I have hidden pockets in most of my skirts. Good for the things that won't fit into the purse, pouches and anything else that holds my goods.
  12. Well of course I'll be there. Should be in the same local as spring. I share the booth with Dream Lizard/Dawn Bradley. Gotta make some $$ cuz these past weeks have left me broke broke broke!
  13. I promise pictures, but I have dial up and it takes forever to get pictures loaded onto the net.
  14. One has to really wonder about the spurs on the boots. Clearly the riding of horses was the reason one would wear them. There is no other indication that a man would wear spurs just for the heck of it.
  15. When I'm feeling up to it (it hard to entertain when your body is hurting like hell), I'll stand by my treasure chest and tell people who are wearing really cool jewlery and such that they would be welcome to donate that item to the treasure chest, guaranteed never to get it back.
  16. I like the one that a gal was wearing right on her large bust: "My eyes are blue"
  17. Those are fantastic! Gee, I'd wear several of them!
