  1. I have found out that Boats is unavailable the first day of Escondido, he has Union stuff to do. He might come out Sunday afternoon (April 2) after he does his church thing. As far as I know he'll be available for the following.

  3. A quick-witted mind is always a good thing!
  4. Stockings? I know there's socks out there that can be pulled up over the knee- some vendors sell them. But I know of no stockings. Hmmm, maybe Hot Topic should make those along with a skull and crossbones garter belt.
  5. Dang! You beat me to it Jim-sib!
  6. Ya, and we'll probably hear how they wore wooden shoes in place of boots onboard.

  8. I do appreciate ye thinkin' o' me dear, but I actually t'was goin' ta bring me own chair. Not only do I have a supply of crayons, colored pencils, I even have a cool coloring book of geometric designs.

  12. Uh, as much as I wish I could use my real name here I can't, (for those who do know it you can see for yourselves) but let me tell you, I'm damn good! Well except for the last letter of my last name, but there's truth to that too. **Note: I didn't use my board name as it was contradictory
  13. I would have liked to have seen a more period laching front and less modern handles, and smaller studs. But all in all it's a very nice small chest.
  14. Ooooh that should be interesting. I really like Antonia Fraser's works. Though I think I'd like to see her writing of "Mary Queen of Scots" done.
  15. Glad to hear you've got a new magic carpet.
  16. Welcome! We always serve up the best for those who have sailed the seas for a long time. I'm glad you found us, for we'll keep you informed on all kinds of things you want to know or learn (do check out the Capt. Twill forum for the best learning), and we can certianly keep you laughing (just read that 'jokes' thread in the Beyond Pyracy forum). So where have you been hiding out at sea? What port are ye from?
  17. Hand stamp you for an hour? Hmmm, are you going to strip naked for me to do that? I'm sure you'll find you'll have two willing people who are use to doing Meet and Greet and piece-tying and stampin' (or stompin' depending on what's needed). I belive we are available both weekends. I haven't heard anything different.
