After the parade: "Kilo Kai?...what is that some sort of Pirate fraternity" - unnamed pirate

Good to know...very good to know.
Id like to do any things with this event. One of the main things would be to help promote each members buisness or crew or subject of their choosing.
I know we have several sword/knife makers in the order or envolved. We have a great hat maker, a talented potter and a wealth of knowledge. I would like to put together something that helped everyone out would like ti participate.

Id say we all have ran into this guy before

We got a call from the Admiral Fells Hotel and it seems they are just about sold out for Fells Point this year. A good sign and it lit a spark up under my seat to get something planned.
There may not be new inductees or there may be one or two. No voting this time though. If there is to be another member it will be decided by the current members.
We have a few locations in mind for the next meeting. Nothing solid as of yet.
I seem to be at the helm for getting something planned and organized.
I am taking suggestions for the event. There will certainly be some weaponry up for grabs again. Though you may have to earn it with more then a roll of the dice this time :)
I would like to get something solidified enough to print a blurb about it in the next issue of the magazine so we dont have too much time to decide.
So what say ye? Are there at least some of you that would be into attending a Leviathon meeting/party in Baltimore this year?
I know there have been several Order of Leviathon events hosted by the members of the Order and we always had hoped for that. This would be an official meeting hosted by the magazine and the order to better the community and have a great time.
We would also be doing our annual Pirates Magazine "pirate of the year" award. The award would be passed down from lst years winner Tony Swatton to the next winner. Other awards will be handed out aswell.
If any buisness owners or craftsmen in the order would like to donate something towards the event then speak up. Or if you have any ideas please speak up.

I think there are some great shots in there!

Here's a link to my FTPI/PiP album on Photobucket. The album password is the oh so original pirates1. I can only claim responsibility for the appropriately chaotic parade photos and those after...the ones before were taken by whomever found our lost camera. Rumor is that it was Poppa...the quality of the photos supports this!
Edit: Whoops...password is supposed to be all lowercase. Trust a pirate hunter to mess up "pirates"
WOT !?!?....i was a Poster down there??...where did ya find it? behind a dumpster somwhere?!?
Mad dogge I saw your poster more then most actually. One was at the scooter rental place i used and one was at the Conch republic. That is where my shuttle dropped us everyday.

Hey all! I know it is late in the game but I thought I would drop a line and let you all know that I will be there and ready to help where needed. I know its late to register for camping but I hope to do a lot more forging at the forge if I am still welcome.
I also would like to do some shooting if possible. I will be much more prepaired then last year...I promise Stynky!

Sounds like a plan then. I have not done anything on my pistol recently. I did however get a chance to fully upgrade Talderoys pistol. It is the same as mine with some antiquing done to it. I will prob start a new thread for that one though. Neat. Love these big guns.
I would like to do more of this work for sure!

We dont often have any stock this time of year as we are usually doing out best to keep our dealers stocked through the summer. Whoever we have a few pieces in stock right now that I thought I would throw your way if anyone is need.

If you take a look you will see some feature our new 30" cutlass blade and others our new wider 24" boarding blade that are both new to this year. A few daggers there too!
I would be sure to make you a special pirate deal if you are in need. Let me know via email 1stmate@baltimoreknife.com and I will take care of ye!
If not, thanks for looking!

Aye, we have all come a long way. Now if we could just get pirates to stop wearing black and red and teach them that there are other colors out there we would be doing great!
-
I DO mean that little didy, as a matter of fact! That thing is beautiful! Any way you'd be willing to work out some kind of trade for at least partial payment on one of those puppies?
Sure! Whatcha got mate? Im always up for a good trade. Esp to good people!
-
You mean this lil didy?
Loved this one!
Its now on the website!
-
FYI that cutlass retails for $325.00 Still plenty of room for a great deal!
-
Yes, any dimentions that you can get me will help. Blade length/thickness/fuller width/handle length and I should be able to figure out the rest from there. Also what materials everything is made out of. To be honest I may make this pattern welded.
-
As most of you know by now, I am sort of a clamshell freak. I have looked at many originals and seen alot of styles but none exactly like this. Leading me to recreate this piece or at least the shell. Stay tuned...crazy when your 1stmate gets inspired!

As long as I have been here....somtimes you guys still confuse the hell outta me.
-
Silvermane sells a rust eracer that seems to work quite nicely.
-
Sounds good. Looking forward to seeing you work.

It is on the site in the pattern welded section. Something like this would go for $2,000.00 give or take a few.

I have been approached to sell these fire arms by the manufacturer and I know nothing about them.
They seem to be a bit nicer then was is common for sale most places. I love the shorter stockier blunderbuss that they have but I have never held one in hand.
Any exp with these? ANy info at all?
