Her face smeared with fruit and hunny, she sheepshly admits though she hates liver, she loves Foie Gras (Is that wrong? ) Now..if that dumpling were a matzoh ball.. I live in NY ..land of diner matzoh ball soup addicts.. But...her eyes drift back to the plate she has scraped clean and she dreams of hunny...may I have some more hunny? and maybe crackers to put it on?

Wow! reading this, this morning has inspired me! Thanks guys..and ladies. I'm a treadmll addict once I start. I've found if you can wear a headset (and your housemates can stand it) if you can sing along while you works out then you know you're in good shape. Just mind the dance moves (I've almost fallen off a few times due to my favorite songs! but it's incredibly boring otherwise. Today I went back to 8 glasses of water a day. I found the last time I did this it not only kept my metabolism up, but it kept me full and my skin looked great. It washes all the old gunky stuff out. Raises an 8 oz glass of water (not grog*sigh*) to ye healthy pirates

Jill the bed is gorgeous! I live at Pier One Imports and the local AC Moore Craft store and my room reflects that. Tropical I would say. No pics now tho. I'd like to do each room in a style. I love queen anne stuff and Colonial, French Country, nautical anything and Art Deco. I need a home with 10 bedrooms! I think I'd be more comfortable sleeping in a papa san chair once you get in them you dont want to get out! Den of iniquity.....eyes glaze over at the visions that creates

Sensing Ransom wern't completely in accord with her suggestion, Red Cat put her chin in her hand an thought some more.. But her stomach growled loudly an both women laughed. "Aye!" She said chuckling "Lobster and Sourdough would do fyne!" Again the Captain poked her head out the door speaking to someone who always seemed to be just outside waiting for her orders. She came back to the table rubbing her brow. "Ye need ta eat summin gerl t'will put ye right" The Cat stretched, reachin her arms across the back of the chair an put her feet upon the table..seein Ransoms face she quickly took them off again settling for leaning back the chair instead. "Well as far as I heard from yer crew when I came aboard, ye already donned yer frippery an right flounced over there, I doubt he missed that clue. Mind ye they didnt" She flicked a bit of lint from her breeches and looked towards the now silent above decks "Droolin like dogs they were when they told me. I'm sure he appreciated it and I would lay odds he know what be in yer mind. So....what exaclty did or more importantly did not happen then aye? Mayhaps then we kin form a plan of action for ye"

Red Cat slept quietly for a time, but exhaustion and loss of blood filled her head with troublesome images. She was back on the beach and fighting with the men who seemed huge an hideous like creatures from some story, invented to scare children. Feeling the pain from her side in her sleep she saw a blade come at her, cutting her deeply. She fell to the ground in shock knowing the blow to be fatal. She looked up into the eyes of the man who would see her last. Lightning flashed and in that moment she saw the scar as he stood above her.... laughing

Silas Farnborough had been sitting in his cold damp shack down near the seedier section of the waterfront. He was already planning on how to spend the money..a luxury he usually didn't allow himself. He drank heavily as he waited, and considered his fortune.. To barter a prize like The Red Cat might bring him more than one thing he sought. a chip worthy of bargain...... But the night wore on and none came. No sound of a sack being dragged up the wood planking as usual or the drunken shouts of his men. He slammed his fist on the wall with a dull thud cursing himself for not staying to see the job done. But the figures on horseback were unexpected and he lit out always looking out for his own miserable fortune. Which was not advanced this night. A fault of his own cowardice."There'll be another time Cat .." he grimaced as he crossed the beach and turned his back on the bodies which lay there. ..."another time..marke me words..."

Red Cat wakes briefly to the feel of a warm wet cloth on her face. Jacky Tar is tendin to her split lip and the small nick on her cheek. If she knew what she looked like she'd have been horrified. Bandaged up so, and her hair a tumble of braids and knots. Thankfully lips and a few bruises heal with little marks left behind. Her sight is focused now that she's had some rest. She looks up at him, and seeing her come around his eyes are instantly warm... and she thinks the little crinkles at the edges look handsome.. Red Cat manages a weak smile.. some of the spark returning to her own eyes and sleep overtakes her again.

"Red Cat is shivering a bit and the shaking is bringing her about. "Where are we? " she asks, seeing unfamiliar surroundings and only Jacky trying to peel the sleeve from her arm. His are rolled up and he has a basin, cloth and some fresh water t the bedside. She's still feeling woozy but starting to warm from the covers an the shivering. Everything hurt but she was grateful t' be safe..hell..t' be alive. Jacky's voice was soothing now.. and the Cat closed her eyes again and listened to him as the room was still wagging a bit..
