  9. OK so here's my plan... they have package deals that include rooms and tickets to the attraction. Saturday: Tour and venture the House on the Rock. Spend the night! This is good for party time and maybe LARP?? http://www.thehouseontherock.com/HOTR_Attr...GalleryShow.htm http://www.thehouseontherock.com/HOTR_Attr...StayAndTour.htm Sunday: Evacuate the house... then check out the Forevertron!!! http://www.roadsideamerica.com/story/2239 Both places are perfect for pics and ventures!!

  11. Something about it says... Broken spleen or shattered testicles....? maybe a combo of the two if you time it just right Actually it's a fairly comfortable ride. When you do fall (and you will) you're thrown forward off of the bike and land right on your feet. That's the reason the handlebars are mounted where they are. There's nothing to hang you up on your way down. very slick!! ever think about making a rickshaw??!!

  13. See!! Great minds think a like!!!!
  14. I have been personally working on a couple ideas which are a combination of leater and canvas. So I'll share a suggestion for the creation of a multi-use shoulder holster. I say multi-use in the thought that if someone invests in a shoulder rig... They should or could be converted for the use of different weapons. For instance... the Nerf Maverick has become a favorite with the steamer crowd. Now if someone came up with a simple style of shoulder rig.... It would be nice to also have the option to add a different holster for say...a generic medium sized pistol (1911 or 44 revolver??)... My personal rig will consist of a shoulder rig hangin on my left, with a drop sling for a carbine or shotgun.
  15. Well, thank you Rats...but there are just some things you can't pull off once you are over the age of 4...(cough...cough...cough)...29! I seem to remember an espionage venture in Milwaukee, of which a very alluring dark-haired vixen wore an extremely provocative black outfit!! Yes my dear you can still turn a head! So here's to you my dear!
  16. I'll be adding a couple... or more additional barrells to my bras framed Spiller & Burr... I also picked up one of those nerf firefly thingies since my boys love the guns!! And have lost two of our mavericks... Ok I like em too. But that's besides the point!! They had em on sale from 24 bucks down to 14 at Walmart... not really steampunk, but more firefly. Which is cool!! Problem is I think the Mavericks handle better for the buck and seem to have about the same range... Just thought I'd give an initial review if folks were interested in such a thing... Also I see the longshot I think it's called is being recalled and might be cleared from the shelves... This is a 2 in 1 kit which is kinda cool... Just thought I'd pass the word... Take care
  17. New driving coat patterns from Simplicity http://www.simplicity.com/index.cfm?cat=4&...&startrow=1 Good stuff!!
  18. Though it's not fantasy based... I say Gangs of NewYork has perfect clothing for any steampunk era venture!! I have ALWAYS loved this movie and the costuming!!! Ol' Matty Bottles has himself an excellent impression that would make Bill the Butcher proud!!
