  1. It's based on the Looney Tunes' eps. "The Abominable Snow Rabbit".

Hugo, like characters in a few other Looney Tunes, is based on Lennie from Of Mice and Men. His mental ineptitude, his desire for a pet rabbit, and his calling Bugs "George" are evidence of this relationship.

  2. Well...what we need to do is establish what exactly would be on these I.Ds.

The basics are there....Name, Residence, date of birth (real or fictious)...A photo of your pyratical self.

I think a list of your 'trade' would be on the card as well..."Sea Wrangler" or something along those lines.

  3. ^ I would eliminate meeting one specific person in my life

< Working with scrap paper can be very drying to your hands!

V What is your favorite creative media to work with?

  4. Interesting information found in Antonia Fraser's, "The Weaker Vessel"

The book states that by Royal Warrant, issued on August 21, 1660, Englishwomen were permitted upon the stage for the first time. Yet, it wasn't until 1670s the word ‘actress’ had secured in England the ostentatious connotation which would linger for another 250 years!

Yet, the first actresses often concealed their origins, while the honorific appellation “MRS” (pronounced Mistress) which they were granted – as opposed to the opprobrious “Miss”, which would make their material status hard to unravel.

By 1680s the word actress was virtually synonymous with that of “Miss” or “Kept Woman” – at least in the public’s eye. So, the burden of proof otherwise fell upon the individual actress. As a result, the convenient identification of actress and/or Miss led to young ladies becoming actresses precisely in order to secure a rich admirer!

Well then...Lilly would desire to be a MRS (Mistress) but due to her occupation...she'd would be considered a MISS.

  5. Someone should have pulled my pirate card lol.

    THINKING TV!

Let's face it...British humor isn't for everyone...but for those who understand and appreciate it...it's so very nice!

  7. Are we speaking in American or English Courts?

    If English...(UK)...

Well, As the chief judges are also Law Lords (the Lords Temporal) the robes and wiggery is in-line with the other archaic dress, again much of it devised in the 18th century still used in the House of Lords.

But up until the Reform (back in 2008, I think), the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales announced changes in court working dress for both the English and Welsh courts.

The array of robes worn by High Court Judges will be abolished and replaced by a modernised and significantly simplified robe. The wearing of wigs in the civil and family courts will be completely abolished. High Court judges presiding over criminal trials in the Crown Court will appear in the robes they currently wear in the winter.

Now that looks like a Ton O' Fun! If you are looking for some Black PVC material Brig....let me know. I have about 6 to 8 yards (60") of it just sitting around the back of my reenactment closet. Besides...my days of wearing Black PVC are over. Might was well put it to some good use.
