"Well I'm nil so daft t'b' tinkn det's all dear iss!" Silkie rolls her eyes and shakes her head at the thought. "Give me some cradet fer livin all me years." she snorted, "I m simply indicatin m'desire t'join the lot uv ya rater den waste anotter day waitin fer m'ship t'come in. I'd nil sail witout signin agreed upon arrticals. N'I know det officers an such get a larger share. Tis not m'intention t'go chargin inta d'unknown witout a plan lass." Silkie pulls out a chair and sits down as she signals the barkeep for a grog. Leaning back laughing and shaking her head she continues "Well, tis goode t'see det my reputation fer bein impulsive is still in-tact." Leaning back, she breaths deep and her laughter subsides. Sobering she looks directly into Roberts eyes, a soft smile still on her lips. "Now, who bae dis stranger? A secon capn' wit a secon ship." Her elbow on the table she rests her fingers on her chin and taps her lips with her index finger in thought. "Could bee a boon t'ave em boat" She winks quickly at Jacky and returns her mossy gaze to the stranger.

Few minutes had passed since the door of the room that Captain Barbossa had taken Silkie into had been pulled close by the keeps lad. Perhaps five at the most. The latch had never slid into place, the same door opened with a light squeal of the hinges. Those who were watching waited to see who might emerge. Silkie stepped into the hall. Her bodice secured properly again. Each curl remained neatly in place at at her neck and softly around her face. Her skirt remained unwrinkled and the shawl she had been carrying was now around her shoulders. She calmly turned to pull the door closed behind her once again.

She halted her action. Her jaw dropped and her eyes widened as she looked directly at Jacky. What objection did Jane have to Silkie joining them? Perhaps it wasn't her joining them but to wanting an equal share, Silkie was an interloper. They had shared dangers, had developed trust. Silkie had only shared a drink or two, perhaps a celebration. Locking eyes with Jane her brow furrowed, "Now jus ya wait a moment. Ifin I m t'risk equally I should share in the gains equally!" Her posture straightened and her brow furrowed as she placed her fists on her hips and locked eyes with Jane in defiance.

Silent I've seen you on occasion but very little of you since I have been here short of a year. Silkie lifts her tankard, Hers'd to d'friend I've yet t'get t'know! Silent! T'de end o'your silence!

"Ifin d' treasures b'anyting like wot I sees ere tis well wort it. " pausing she added "Equal shares?" She stretched out her hand to Jacky, whom she assumed was the leader of this expidition, to shake in agreement.

Wonder filled the lass and curiosity clearly had not killed the cat! She was glad that Jenny was well again. When she first saw the girl laying in the cart she was saddened how weak and pale the usualy vibrant lass was. What adventure they must have had to come out with such a treasure, this healing water. Silkie would surely have to ask about that adventure soon. For now, she looked to Jacky, "Yer willin t'include mae in dis next quest?"

Would save me a load of embarassment! Okay, that and waiting to see if the person even wants to flirt on line.

Murin turned from the Captain and Quartermaster and spied Mister Pew immediately. She had never met the Master-at-arms but knew him by sight and reputation. She made her way amidship to him remembering to stop a few paces away and wait to be recognized this time. "Miss McDonough isn't it?" "Aye sir." she started to curtsy, stopped herself, then knuckled her forehead. "D'cap'n said t'see ya bout wha'cha might b'needin fer dressin d'marines."
-
Silkie blinked in disbelief. The lass, seldom at a loss for words, was dumbfounded, her maw agape in utter disbelief. "Wot manner uv whichcraft be dis?" she thought as she absentmindedly crossed herself before looking to see the reaction of the others.
-
Silkie welcomed the invitation, stood lifted her tankard and joined the others. "A-low. Wot's det?", She inquired indicating the flames with the tankard just before drinking again.
-
Silkie slipped into the pub unnoticed . Sitting quietly, observing the others waiting for a moment to say hello.
-
Murin approached the captain and quarter master with a curtsy. “Capn’, Messter Lawster, I’ve the list o’sail supplies fer d’Dog ere. I’ve nill ben off d’Dog sos I’ve not the lists fer d’otters yet." she held the list out. "Wot would ya ave mdo?” Belated she realized that she had not waited to be addressed by either man and began to blush. "I, ...err, excuse me gentlemen" She curtsied again bowed her head and backed a step away the list still clutched in her hand.

Being a woman who could easily "fall" into spoobage I could never understand how a woman could dress herself like that and not be uncomfortable. Those things swinging every which way! They get in the way when contained I can not imagine not having problems. Well, to each his own and I guess if those belong to lass that has your heart then they are beautiful as she surely is. Hey, imagine that, spoobage isn't in the dictionary. -
Dang that was a long drive.

Made it back, which means I did todays 20. The pub has been a great motivator for me, succeeding where others have failed.

Staring into the blue pools sparkling with mischief, Silkie stands unmoving before the lad. The chilling realization that she has been unbound consumes her thoughts, her visage awash with a vaguely bemused look of pleasure at his action, she thinks, “Nil even a week ago my kiss did barely affect a noo comer (dough dat was placed demurely on da'lads cheek rater dan is lips). A day or soo laterr my boldness embarrassed mae aufter attemptin a similar deed. Yet afore me stands a man oo naw'tonly accepted m'taunts but rose to d'challenge!” Knowing that she would spill from her light chemise if she were to bend to recover the garment, and beginning to feel the chill taking effect on her form, she speaks. Her hazel green eyes remain locked with his as she purposefully draws the lace from his fingers, her voice, a sultry whisper that only one so intimately close would hear. “Mister Barrbossa, I seems t’ave dropped somtin of a personal nature. Ifin ya woo’d kindly retrieve it fer mae I woo’d b’ever so grateful.” Silkie moves not away from him but remains stationary waiting for the next play in this game
