nothing wrong with a bit of french ....many of the lowlands gunsmiths made fowlers and trade gun that followed the french style more than the english ...they actually feel better when you shoulder them ...you don't have to cock your neck as much to sight down the barrel ......got a chance this past weekend to fire one of these guns -shot 5 rounds at 40 yards got a 4 inch grouping ....nicely made

the rack looks to be something a set designer had made ...the swords have the appearance of the british 1803 model admirlty issue cutlass ....there are better period cutlasses about and normally the edges of the blades would be placed so that anyone passing by wouldn't wack against the sharpened edges

you might consider shipping by ups; a blunderbuss et.al. to harry at the fort the shipment would take 2-4 days depending on the rate you pay to ship it ...and insure it ....if nothing else patrick i'll have plenty of weapons at the fort that you'd be able to use for the the battles etc.

aye but a lass in my bunk with period chemise and stays and the simplest of hairstyles .....sorry that's what i find the most attractive in a woman not how much sillycone you can pump her up with ...nor how much make-up she has to wear to look appealing ....nothing finer to me than a clean scrubbed face and the sweet smell or freshly washed hair and laundered linen ..... and besides i'm not one for casino gambling

i was at pip on '04 and was there for a vendor that i had been working for ...as for my son and i we each had one seabag and a small chest for our combined weapons and our bedrolls other than that the van was full of stock and tent for the business ...this year the difference will be the tent and stock will be for my business but the amount of kit we bring won't be too different it will definately be a wee bit more correct as to the details of our kit

yeah the penagon doesn't like to see folks in strange kit/costumes coming through their doors can't figure out why and the occasional state trooper when i stop to get coffee enroute to festivals ...one of the funniest was in the mens room standing next to a trooper in full kit .....he wanted to say something ...but that homophobe barrier stopped him from talking to me in the rest room
