this weekend was beutiful. catalina is sooo green right now. and you could see the lights of individual houses on palas verdes from two harbors. bright and sunny right now, suppose to be pushing mid 70's tomorrow. santa anna's this time of year? wait the winds still blowing ...... gotta go. i'm hosting sails.

out ta sea for a long time 'n still come back to a warm welcome 'n good company. warms the heart it does. welcomeback Joshuared to the quiet lil lagoon that has been the respit of many wandering souls. this ought ta clear the sand from yer throut. ' hands him a full mug of rum' cheers. figured the rum would warm yer spirit . that 'n i don't drink coffe. only tea.

when I get my fermosa she'll be called 'escape pod' perfect for escapeing from all worries on land and providing paying customers a few hours of relaxation, great food and a beautiful sunset.

is that water still hot ? I could use some warm'n up. ye might want ta watch that rip- current on the north side of the lagoon, it sucked me out 'n it took better than 8 months ta get back.

yes but quantity has a quality all it's own. sorry old joke. ummmm... she ran aground less than a hundred yard from the entrance to ventura. the dumb ass trusted the charts to an entrance that is notorious for sand bars rather than come from the north.... with a high surf advisery. and I know for fact it has a depth meter aboard. sorry she is a great ship and a fine captain. I watched him sail away from king harbor with no moter less than a month ago . but the media blew a simple bad judgement call that led to a grounding into a huge story.

I used to work at medieval times . twas fun working behind the scenes but the one time I went as a paying customer it was ......so so . damn those lipisoner stallions anyway. (got fired for teaching them ground manners).. looong story. pirate theme i doubt will be much diferent. great if you have no idea how it really was ... good entertainment for the wee ones though.

aye a parrot head thru and thru can't wait for the party at the pond. not as good as irvine meadows, but the last one at the pond was great. might even make the three hour trek to santa barbra. any one else going to any of the socal concerts?

aye shoes were rarely if ever worn on deck. the only time they wore anything on their feet was for protection from the cold. even then it was more likely for them to wrap their feet in cloth then wear shoe's. the deck of those ships are so worn and smooth that splinters were not a real concern.

steady lass. it'll work it's self out. hell I'm haveing my first real date in a long time after work tonight. was supossed to go to her house wed. but she said tonight would be beteer becouse she had to break up with her boyfreind on wed.should be interesting.

"stumbles in still swerving and trying to find his land legs" HI THERE !! been a while since I've been about and might be awhile before I return. been single longer than I care to admit. been thinking about dateing for more than a night lately but not to many females I've met are worth the time. still can't find one that truly has an appreciation for experianceing the beuty of a sunset or the quit of the ocean lapping against the hull. lately it's been " turn up this song !!" or " jimmy buffet is too mellow for right now" AT THAT'S OUT SAILING !!! just saying I've found that to many people say one thing and practice something else. maybe thats the problem with all of us is we're all looking for someone that understands what we want is not always what we say.

I've been to the top of more than a few masts. always interesting takeing off the rigging that is holding you up twenty plus feet off the deck.

I'm sailing out thurs or friday early and was just curious if any other socal pirates where bound for this near port.
