Well, I'm not too fond of olives or capers (if you used them in this recipe) but it looks good, I'll give it a try! What beverage do you recommend?

Normally I might recommend wine, but a fresh grape juice does very well with this fare.

thanks all! after working 12 hour shifts in a pressroom- getting done at 2:30 in the afternoon is a breeze! now if a permanent residence were in the ofing in the very near future, things would really be looking up. if only it were summer, i could just camp! and my kids love that too! (thoguh they be at school at the moment (private residential type).

the food looks great! as for me, i love capers and i us them in my specialty, pork piccata!

For supper tonight, I tossed together rigatoni pasta in a tomato sauce with sauteéd bell peppers and homegrown mushrooms, toasted pine nuts, and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Molto bello! :)

Yo ho ho! Or does nobody actually say that?

I love to cook but I live alone and never feel like cooking for myself. I've tried cooking and freezing the left overs for another meal, unfortunately, it just doesn't taste as good on the defrost. It is edible but I've come to the conclusion that much of the enjoyment of a meal is in the preparation. So I end up eating Lean Cuisine.

I know what I can and need to do, I just wanted to whine ...I'm done ...sorry ...thanks.

(As he finishes off yet another drink, Ciaran attempts to enjoy the conversations around him tonight. Mindlessly, he puts his hand in his coat pocket and feels something brittle and fleshy.)

"What the hell," he shouts, and throws the thing onto the bar.
