Yeah, that's my book. I thought Patrick had sent it to Chris right before he left for PIP. Not sure why Chris sent it to you instead of his own book. Better PM him and ask.

BTW, in my book I made two pages where everyone can decorate a shipping tag with their picture, or some other personal sign/ signature, along with the date they finish working on the book, and then put it in a "rope" slot. I did this so I'd have a record of everyone who worked on the book. I started with my pic, but just not sure if I made it clear what all those tags were for.

I'll check.

I'm having these things sent to my work address (I live on a really busy street and I'm afraid of packages disappearing from my front porch while I'm not home) and no one will be in the office after this week, so I was concerned about getting something from Chris in time.

Anyway, Ransom, love your book! Love all the dangly lovelies hangin' off it, and it's got so many excellent pages already! Puts my little doodles to shame, let me tell you, so I will have to come up with something really good!

Avast, ye scurvy dog!

Doodles are fine, and I'm sure yours are lovely.

Don't forget to "sign in" on a tag (I put myself on the first one to show what I meant).

Okay, I know it got kind of confusing for you Chris, coming in late. In theory, your book would have gone to Black Mab, and Patrick's book would have come to you. However, because you had to stand down the first round, Patrick sent his book directly to Mab instead.

Coming back into it for Dec. you should have then sent your book to Mab, and Patrick would send (and did) my book to you to work in. Come Jan. you would have sent my book to Mab, and received GoF's book from Patrick...and on and on through the months until each book made its way back home to the original artist.

Simply put, month by month each book makes the circut of artists until it finally gets back to where it started.

Does that help? If not, PM me with any questions you still have. :D

Weeel, if I had a book, I might think about it, but...GoF and I are kinda behind, since Red Cat's book got lost in transit, and she had to send another one to GoF. It looks like Dec is going to be a "pass" for me, with no book to work in.

It's a kewl idea though, pyrate Christmas.

At this point, GoF has still not received anything from Red Cat, so that make two of Cat's books that have been "lost" between NY and Germany. Before RC sends any more books overseas, we need to find the solution to this problem. So far, GoF has received his Secret Santa gift from the States with no problem, so maybe Red Cat needs to triple check the addy and make sure it's correct. Understandably, GoF doesn't want someone else's book to go missing between him and us. So, Cat, do some investigating and see if you can figure out what the problem is BEFORE you mail anything else to GoF.

It's got to be something simple, since his other mail is going through just fine.

I hate to be a bad ass....

But ...

If I don't get a response from Jenny... I got to kick her outta the loop....

Right now ... I have GoF's sketchbook.... but he has nothing....(outta the first two months...)

the loop is fun... but if only one person messes it up... it screws everyone....

When Ranson said she didn't wanna run this... I thought.... hey ... how difficult can it be.......

Dang..... it is a lot of fun.....

If it is played right....

Second question.....

What is happinig with casketchriss.... last post I heard he sent Ranson's to Black Mab.... (keeps it in sequence..... but did he draw anything in it?)

Is he out.. or still playing?

Type folks..... if there is a problem... post it so we know what is going on....

(Ain't the internet fun....) we have the potential for instant comunication...... so use it......

Rather than GOF doing anything in the books..perhaps he can mail his work to us and we can add it at the end when we get our books back.. Just a thought.. Eye am willing to send my stuff so he can put it in his own book if he wants..... Kill the nightmare of loosing ones book...

I have to agree with Eyes. It would be easier for GoF to mail artwork to each of us, rather than risk losing a book. It would also be less expensive for him and Red Cat, since these books can get heavy as more artwork is added.

GoF's book is already making the round, so he will still have a book full of art and won't be left out of the loop in that respect. It should just be mailed back to him Specail Priority and tracked, so it makes it home. Each month GoF can pick a person on the list, PM them for their book dimentions and addy, then do something that will fit and send it off. The artist can then hang on to the artwork until their book comes back and add it at the end. That way, GoF can be working on art the same time as the rest of us, and it will make him feel more a part of the game. :P The only thing he will miss is seeing the artwork in all the other books, but we can post pictures of that as we go along.

Is that solution okay with everyone else? If so, then Red Cat, if she is still in the loop, would send her books directly to me.
