  1. Came across this blurb in a magazine here in San Diego.
  2. The one man that has always been my favorite is Dick Van Dyke. Not only was he the funniest man that I grew up with, he was a terrific actor. I think he's retired now, but happened to catch "Mary Poppins" on TV last night reminded me of how much I like him. My other favorite is Robin Williams. The guy can do it all. And another quirky guy I love is Owen Wilson. Hmmm, let's put them all together for a pirate movie and see what happens!
  3. Welcome! Ye have an interestin' site, with great front page graphics. I don't role play myself as I jest am a terrible actor (why I never decided ta be one), but we got a couple of themes goin' in Rabble Rousing. I'm sure some here would be rightly interested in yer site. Check above in the 'High' threads and read the "How to do what with the Code keys ta help ye out. I'm suspectin' what ye want is ta add signature lines, so ye go to yer CONTROLS and find the box on the left that says 'edit signature' and that is where ye can put in word lines. Pictures have to be uploaded at a site like Photobucket fer instance before ye can post them here. Hope that's of some help ta ye.
  4. Welcome! I loved your Halloween pictures...you really go all out!
  5. giggled and screamed, "Ahoy!"
  6. Just think of the mental health bills later in life....
  7. Thanks to Godless Savage on Crossing Blades: *Note: You will have to put the disk into your computer to get them. DMC DVD Easter Eggs So far, I know of four--all on the 2nd disc of the 2-disc set. I find them much easier to get to on the computer, because you can just move the mouse around until something highlights. If you are using a TV remote, you'll have to do some inventive clicking. In the main menu screen, you can get a leaf to highlight above the menus--that plays a featurette on the catering (try left clicking twice from According to Plan). Talk about having to feed an army! And in some cases, they were doing it while the kitchen was basically flooded, LOL. Also in the main menu screen, you can highlight a patch of grass at the bottom of the menu--that will play a featurette on the Flying Dutchman 'Twins' (try going twice left and twice down from Creating the Kraken). Go into Mastering the Blade and highlight the keyholes in the chest (go once left and once up from Return to Bonus). That plays a featurette on the Key Dog. Go into the Jerry Bruckheimer Photo feature, and highlight another patch of grass (try clicking left a couple of times). That will play a really fun featurette about the 'Coconut Man'. The key symbol you see is only for the menu items....for the Easter Eggs, you won't see a key, but you will see a patch of grass or whatever that sort of highlights in yellow. That's what you want to look for. It can be subtle...like the one with the keyholes, it literally is JUST the keyholes of the chest that get a brighter yellow. Once you get that, you should be able to hit 'select' and get it to play.
  8. Aye, all good people eventually return to this port!
  9. I've gotten a few in my forums, but I'm onto them pretty quick and remove them. I can't figure out is why they seem to congregate in A Way to A Pyrate's Heart.
  10. It was on our news stations last night. Very cool! Nope, still won't get me to live there.
  11. Great pictures, thanks for the link!
  12. Curious to know exactly how hot the weather was there.
  13. Welcome. How about telling us more about yourself?
  14. That's exactly what I was thinking! Very well done.
  15. Actually there were. You'll need to read up on several books to find out though. I can't remember exactly which books, but I'm sure someone here probably does.
