Just got back fom the Vietnamese market wit' some live gumbo crabs. I'm gonna' kill 'em, cut 'em up, and make a roux outta' some flour, butter , bacon grease, and rendered pepperoni fat. -CS

Prior to the unpleasantness that we had with the British during the last quarter of the 18th century, rhum was the drug of choice in the colonies. -CS

On a whim I decided to try the Matusalem. Quite possibly the most money that I've ever paid for a 750ml bottle of rhum. http://www.matusalem.com/home.html $31.99 plus tax, title & license. I don't know of any cool pubs to spend St.Paddy's day at here in Dallas, and I'm too lazy to drive to Fort Worth just to drink. So I wanted to be sure that I had a quality bottle to spend my time with. In case I end up staying home. -CS
