Truly, deeply, physically exhausted ~ one meal days (through no ones fault but my own, picky eater that I am) and long ones at that for almost all of PiP. But happy, having renewed friendships and made new ones, with memories to last a lifetime.

I can vouch for these buckles ~ I personally purchased a set of each. The silver buckles are simply glorious, with a beautiful shine. The brass are rich and warm, and, IMHO, are nicer than the ones I received with my Loyalist order. These are the ones I wear for 'everyday' use, reserving the silver for special occaisions.

I have some suitable revenge for her as well.... a certain comprimising photo of the mistress and a certain red coated soldier.... Hahahah How many blackmail photos of you are out there, Lilly? I know I have a few... But I'm not sharing.

Sadly, indeed, I did miss out on all the Olympic fun ~ not being the morning person does not help. As well as forgetting to print schedules of Olympic events, meals at the Hide ~ and such. Next year, I hope to have a few things completed for my kit to make my mornings easier.

Ummm I am sure there is a story there. Perhaps more than one.

Hmmm, no damage for the Merchant widow ~ not even a broken busk... But my poor dead/undead husband ~ well, his shoulder was Loved a bit much here and there. Hugs were dispensed, and shoulder rubs as well ~ but everyone meant well. 'Twas just the rum ~

We are safely home as well ~ managed to beat the snowstorm that was brewing over O'Hare by minutes. The rain was changing to snow even as we were leaving the plane. Yes, Patrick ~ Agreed regarding the shoes! Only, my new Loyalist's are hobnailed as well ~ no big strides on polished surfaces ~ I almost voided the warranty on my hip replacement in Miami when I skidded in their concourse... What is worse ~ Mark was on my left when I did... I almost grabbed the arm that had surgery Hey, Diosa ~ would you like a snowman? Weather looks beautiful down there, please send warm thoughts up north! Miss you All already ~ thank you for being such wonderful friends!

I would personally like to thank Silkie for the Extraordinary Ordinary ~ a Fantastic idea, and a great gathering place. We look forward to spending more time there again next year!
