THOSE SHOES!!! :::points to the picture of the gent wearing wooden shoes!::: I'll be damned! There's a pair with several pictures on he Facebook page of Littlebits Clothing Company. Well, I'll be. Brilliant! :) Anyways... My suggestion... talk to Hazel Dickfoss with Wm Booth Draper. She's info on the ticken and sells it. :) ~Lady B

Good idea. But some folks post without looking to see if there is a post already for that event/subject. In which case, more than one - several actually - post of the same event has been made. Generally, it's a good idea to just... LOOK! A good pirate will keep their eyes and ears wide open for upcoming events. I learn about them all the time and try to pass them on. ~Lady B

There's one thing that can be said about those who live in Tornado Alley... We are crazy! :) We know how to deal with Midwestern Hurricanes aka Tornadoes. Forget running for cover, we want to CHASE IT! We laugh and say "BRING IT ON!" as the Finger of God barrels towards us. ~Lady B

Wishing ye a belated Happy Birthday, Jones! Hope ye had a grand one. ~Lady B

Wishin' ye a belated Happy Birthday to ye, Duchess! A grand lass ye be! ~Lady B

Hmmm... good question. I would be disappointed if Blackbeard did not return in the next one or #6 as a ghost. After all, that would be part of the pirate legend and lore. More of the ride could still be used... and oh, there's so much more they could still utilize. ~Lady B

I loved that commercial. Jump through th' hoops, mate! It's well worth it! I cracked up laughing at the end of it. Petee... it's an interesting one.. But I still like the other one with Captain Morgan. Far more entertaining. Besides, that chick was wearing a BRA! A BRA of all things! Seriously? If she were period proper and pirate for sure, she'd be bare breasted like Anne Bonney and Mary Read! A bra... jeez! ::: shakes head::: ~Lady B

A better deadline. Alas, I couldn't find the new Registration form. I must be a blind Pew. ~Lady B

LMAO!!! A grand moment. I didn't see ye go down, lass! I would have 'cried' and whimpered. Next year I suppose. :) But that pan was just grand! ~Lady B

Aye! It was a grand event. Weather was great with no showers, storms or tornados! Though the ship was unable to arrive due to technical difficultities, it was a grand event nevertheless. Oh, and might I add, one more story about M.A.d'Dogge that will eventually be blown out of preportion and become another massie legend about him! LOL. But it was VERY hilarious to watch! Ye'll see it on one of the videos on Port Washington. Took out a whole line of Militia with one shot from his blunderbuss. Nigh a dozen men, wasn't it? Dogge? Or was it more than that? I think it was more than that! A grand event. Hope to see ye all next year. I've learned m' lesson... NEVER EVER miss one year of Port Washington!!! ~Lady B

Some folks still linger, but... if it continues to be this quiet, aye, it WILL die! I've seen th' same with every forum I've been on. Too quiet means, dead. Need to keep chatterin' about topics. And there be plenty of them still. ~Lady B

Aye, I shall be there this year. ~Lady B

Aye. I be curious as well. ~Lady B

The design is fantastic. But loving the document as well. Incredible info. So, NOTHING but sheeps wool was what they were buried in? I'm curious about this "Act of Parliment" that dictates how one was buried. ~Lady B

::: props brow up::: Oh, so we HAVE met in th' past. I t'was wonderin' wha that wee nudgin' was in th' back of m' mind. So, aye! I'm with Silkie... give we fine pirate ladies a trinket of a hint. Or will ye torture us so to th' point of begging? ::: Wicked grin::: Hope we weren't too wild for ye, Emil. ::: offers some fine wine ::: Glad t' have ye back, good sir. ~Lady B

Ye make an interesting offer. Pondering this one. I doubt I could squeeze in all th' info ye'd need in a simple post here, sir. There be that much information about the wicked Lady. She's quite a past filled with war, adventure, slavery, loves lost, and much more plus to add on these: Beloved of a man Hell hath spat out, Sister of the Syren, Servant of the Sea, one of Blackbeard's Angels, Master and Commander of a fine ship named th' Resurrection with a fine crew - even have picked out th' fictional crew as to who is who, their names, etc. Plus, a good short version of the Lady's life is in m' profile "About Me" as well. Tis worth a ganderin' look. Ye sure ye don't want me t' email ye th' info? ~Lady B

Wallow? Nay! No wallowin' here! Aye, welcome to th' Pub, Emil. Glad ye set forth t' introduce thyself to we devils. Marooned from th' Sea ye be, hmm? Fret not, m' good man. There be many of us who are marooned from th' sea and landlocked as well. I be one of them. I've only touched and swam in th' ocean once but twas enough t' make m' piratical spirit ache and yern t' return to those wild, warm waters. So, tell me... where be ye marooned? Tis quite th' story, too, Emil. What a grand story. ::: hoists tankard high::: Again, glad ye stumbled into this establishment. Yo'r most welcome. ~Lady B
