Hmmmm generally speaking, corsets are a supportive undergarment, which occasionally, depending on the time frame, may be worn so they are seen, basically in the GAoP, you shouldn't see them much on common/proper ladies.... a bodice on the other hand is the upper part of a lady's garment... it can be the top of a gown, a separate jacket like object etc... but is the bit that goes around the body.... bodice can also mean Bodies which is an old term for corest or stays...
