I too would vote for Silkie's as I love the colors and it's simplicity as well. But Id also like to offer another catergory...Those with their logo's for their crew..Like the WatchDog and the Archangels. -
I thought this port looked familiar
Black Syren replied to Arthur Richards from Kent's topic in Scuttlebutt

Passes by and sees the crowd, pauses and turns back to peer within and graces Arthur with a smile. "Well blow me down and kiss me quickly! How are ye and welcome home!" -
Nothing further was mentioned and once free of the town they began the climb into the hills, the ascent was not steep but it was gradual and she was long used to climbing the rigging and yet this was a diffrent sort of climb and left her nearly breathless upon reaching the top. Alan too had not remained unaffected and Treasure glanced to him a smile born of mischief, eyes alight with it before she whirled about ,arms out spinning like a child’s top. “Is it not marvelous, It is like you can see for miles, like on the Dog but no swaying.” Then she looked disappointed “I miss the swaying.” Then she laughed and pointed out the things she could see on the ship at night that way he could view them and watch for the changes she had spoken briefly of. Alan of course was polite and listened to her excited chatter and moved to sit beneath an aged tree who branches sketched intriguing shadows over the ground. Argus of course left to explore and finally Treasure flopped down beside Alan then rolled onto her stomach head resting upon folded arms “Tis beautiful is it not. Tis hard to believe that there are so many places and all of them different.” Her voice was quiet, reflective.

I think this 'story' should be kept until the campfire story time. That's the best time to tell it! Does have a good ending though! Cheeky Then ye may have to call me my Lady else I might grow old awaiting the tale.. . Sorry for the banner it will not resize

No worries, I have also been wondering if you could just attach the hair to jeweled combs and leave the ringlets to fall over a shoulder?

Very nicely done GoF, however, I think we should possibly expand to trims and buttons and recently on CraigsList I found someone selling ostrich feathers a dollar a pack or 300.00 for the whole birds feathers. I still have the number for that one if anyone is intrested for hats and such. EDIT:::::: Since I am off to work figured I would put the info here. One entire ostrich's feathers. The whole batch $300.00 or $1.00 a pack. I also have a few Pheasent, turkey and parrot. Great for costumes or craft projects. e mail or call 512-878-6297.

Ok seriously, I think a man can look good in most things, if he's not a pirate at the moment..well a nice form fitting t-shirt, holy jeans a little on the snug side..and has to have stubble..I love a man with stubble. Not a lot..more like five o clock shadow. And hair..He has to have some hair to run the fingers through. But again, it's how he carries himself that makes him sexy..not what he wears cause everyone knows the best dressed man is an undressed one.

and RAW Bacon for the Vegans... Ingredients 1 large eggplant ¾ cup olive oil ¾ teaspoon paprika ¼ teaspoon cayenne 2 tablespoons agave nectar (or raw honey) 4 tablespoons Ume Plum Vinegar Salt to taste (optional) Preparation Thinly slice your eggplant, lengthwise (think about how bacon strips look). I use an old cheese slicer and mine turns out great. You could probably accomplish this with a vegetable peeler too. Alternately, you could make ‘round’ bacon by slicing the other way. Remaining ingredients make up the marinade. Mix up these to make the marinade. Marinate egglplant strips in the marinade for 2 hours. Place on dehydrator sheets. Salt bacons (optional) and dehydrate for 9 hours. Turn bacon over and dehydrate another 9 hours. Around 110 degrees. TIPS: I actually dehyrdated mine longer. You can judge for yourself if you want them even crisper. They will still have an “oily-ness” to them even after dehydrated. If you don’t want this, then you can put less oil in the marinade or “blot” your bacons after they come out of the dehydrator. A variation on the bacon was that I dehydrated some grounded pine nut to make a pine nut spread and I spread some of the spread on to the bacon. Creates a unique taste to the bacon.
