Well...an artist like me is never truly finished designing anything, but here are both of my Jolly Rogers. At least until I change them again. I'm such a damn perfectionist.

Today's Special is Trout Almondine. And Tilapia With Tomatoes And Olives. Plus Mussles with Beurre Blanc. And finally... Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon! And no...it isn't made with firecrackers.

Only when attacking. I get too anxious to sleep at night so I get up early, attack and then I have the rest of the day to divide the spoils. And enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

It's a good Friday, if you aren't swayed by the superstition of the calendar date. Aye. Thirteen has always been a lucky number for me. I'm headed home to work on art projects for the day. Have a glorious weekend, everyone.
