Good news! Yesterday we got an advance copy of an upcoming article in The Artist’s Magazine, which focuses on drawing skills. Right on the splash page is a half-page photo of yours truly, working away at my easel! The article will come out later this summer. Here is the funny part - A coincidence? I just finished a pair of semi-period trowsers (French fly, and pockets)....but machine sewn and cotton instead of linen...... I know the seat is sopose to be baggy... but dang..... these are WAY baggy....( and I followed the cutting diagram, so they are cut as close as possible) So my question.... does anyone else wear period trowsers or breaches? and if so, do you just ignore any coments about the baggy butt?

Can you say HOT HOT HOT? Saturday in Ojai wasn't too bad, but Sunday ye could have fried an egg on the dirt! Aye it was a grand time despite the heat. I do not have me own tall ship BUT I have the finest long boat on San Francisco Bay. She is 22 ' (+-) I can rig her as a ketch or a schooner with lug sails. She has ten rowing stations BUT it would be too crowed so we have found out that six oarsman work best. A swivell gun is next. She is freshly oiled/tarred and I am painting her oars. If ye care to look for this small treasure folly the instructions: On the Main Menu of DVD-2 bring yer arrow down to "Moonlight Serenade Scene Progression". Click yer OK . The "Moonlight Serenade Scene Progression" screen appears! Bring yer arrow down to "Main Menu" Now bring yer arrow down ONCE MORE!!! Down from the Main Menu!!! Well I'm back! The old computer decided to give itself a Viking Funeral, literally! It burned up (hey isn't that smoke coming from that thing?). So a new computer has been bought and I'm back here.
