Cheeky Actress Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 Lilly pulls from her lover's side and looks at him after he's made such a comment. "What do you mean, you haven't been able to get out of bed?" She looks him straight in the face. "You never had that problem with me, sweet." Member of "The Forsaken"
Captain Striker Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 Killingsworth sets eyes about the tavern. "I assss-ssume that all of you don't care for the likes of me, but know thisss. I don't give a flying..." Within seconds Tess St. Claire's hand quickly covers Killingsworth's mouth. With a wicked smile Killingsworth looks over at Ransom. My head? I have felt worsssse, thank you. And assss-sss for you Captain.... Did the bullet do a bit of damage, eh? "As I was saying , Sir ..... get out !.... While thee can " Striker pokes Killingsworth harder in back with the Flintlock , embeding the gun further towards Killingsworth's ribs "If thou wants our quarrel can continue at sea .... Just look for the former Spanish Gallion La Maligna ... that is my ship " Striker's face turns stone cold while he awaits Killingsworth's answer always surrounded by shadows , always in the shadow. A spectre he be !
Ransom Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 He glances over at Ransom... "Stop scratchin yer head and join us fer a drink Lass or are ye needing a nit comb?" Gives Sterling a grin. "You're right, of course. Why tax the brain when you can be drinking instead? Tis nice to be able to relax, and not be watching your back all the time. Cheers." "Relax? Bloody hell, I haven't been able to get out of bed for more than a paragraph or two!! " We're going to have to start treating you for bed sores soon! And, Lilly dear, now why would you want to admit the Captain doesn't stay in your bed? Come to think of it, he doesn't stay in anyone's bed for too long. Capt. Sterling Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 And, Lilly dear, now why would you want to admit the Captain doesn't stay in your bed? Come to think of it, he doesn't stay in anyone's bed for too long. Naughty Captain, very naughty. Oi, you ladies...always kiss and tell!! "I being shot through the left cheek, the bullet striking away great part of my upper jaw, and several teeth which dropt down the deck where I fell... Aurore Devareaux Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 Aurore offers vissage of faux sleeping cat as the chaos ripens. Now and again, a coup d'oiel is cast about the Common with no comment issued. Another sampling of port aquired and being the last within vessel's confine, she steps away from Sterling's side with delicate brow raised in query to proclamations made and remarks offered in answer. Moving further away, she slides up behind Capitaine Striker and clears her throat, making presence known. "Capitaine, I am unbeknownst as to what private quarrell you have decided to incline yourself with in regard to Monsieur Killingsworth. Nevertheless, it seems that you are quite unaware of the fact that said Monsieur is in all truth, a property...per se of my family. That being noted, it is of mine advice to you, that he is left to his own means until his personal crimes against me and my own are judged." The dark expressive eyes cast warning to Reginald, " As you were, monsieur...And do be a proper gentleman, non?" Capt. Sterling Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 Sterling looks at Lilly as she sits there fuming, arms crossed, foot tapping angrily against the floor. He looks at Ransom, trying to cover her laugther by hiding behind her tankard. He looks at Aurore, who has gone over to Captain Striker and is currently pouting. He looks at the Empress who can only roll her eyes, sigh and return to her clients...ahem.. company. He makes his way over to Killingsworth and leans on the bar top next to him. "I'd take his head with my cutlass, and thar be no need to soil my boot." Pauses, and sips the glass of port. "The lads defanged him earlier. Reginald Killingsworth Posted September 1, 2006 Posted September 1, 2006 Killingsworth turns his eye to the French Mistress who now has left Captain Sterling's arm. Then watches Captain Sterling from the other end of the bar. As she sips her libation, he watches her. For a moment, he observes from a distance. The he walks forward and bows low. "Mademoiselle, you looked troubled by what you ss-ssee and hear this night. There is history here...much history between thess-sse women and Captain Sssterling.
