Ransom
It doesn't have to be a force 5 storm, maybe a 2...just enough to shake things up a bit, and force the ships to stand out of the harbor for a few days running ahead or behind the tempest - or finding a "hole." 'Course, it could rip off a few roofs, blow over some buildings, and fling chickens everywhere. (Please, no chicken jokes, I have a flock of my own, so have nothing against chickens personally) ...schooners, islands, and maroons and buccaneers and buried gold... You can do everything right, strictly according to procedure, on the ocean, and it'll still kill you. But if you're a good navigator, a least you'll know where you were when you died.......From The Ship Killer by Justin Scott. Dan Reid
I find it quite disgusting that one player can kill off another's character without that person's consent. This is an issue that should be dealt with will all haste. I will now have to completely start over if I am to continue to play here. I was under the impression that this saga was for everyone's enjoyment. Perhaps that is not so, I suppose you must be one of the elite to participate in this story line. Perhaps I am being to judgemental or perhaps Liam has taken a dislike to me. What ever the cause, I still feel that something should be done to remedy this situation. Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum... Ransom
As far as I am aware, and I'm new at this, no player character can be killed off without that players permission. This is not an elite group, and all are welcome to play. Maybe you should contact Liam and discuss the issue. ...schooners, islands, and maroons and buccaneers and buried gold...
