Cracked Carrie Posted January 21, 2004 Posted January 21, 2004 And yes, some of the gameplay elements will be a lot like Wing Commander 3 (with a rapdily aging Mark Hamill and Biff from Back to the Future...oy!). Hey...you gotta problem w'Biff? Ah, I enjoyed Wing Commander in all its forms...
Redd Oktober Posted January 21, 2004 Author Posted January 21, 2004 Hey...you gotta problem w'Biff? Not at all, lass... my "oy" is more of a : "rememberin' the game just brings a tear to me old, salty eye." Ahhhh memories. YARRR! The Oktober be silent now! Just call me "REDD!"
Lucky Penny Hawkings Posted January 21, 2004 Posted January 21, 2004 Ouchy! That knee looks painful, Penny! Cool pic! That knee was done by a friend of mine who was along for the ride and had her film makeup with her. She does a lot of work on movies and such. I should email her and see how she is doing. I miff her, an' I haven't talked to her in a bit. "Don't hate me because I'm beautiful. Hate me because I am robbing you, tossing you overboard, and stealing your ship!" -the only thing more dangerous than her.. is her needle-
Cracked Carrie Posted January 21, 2004 Posted January 21, 2004 "rememberin' the game just brings a tear to me old, salty eye." Ahhhh memories. Look out, mates, ole Redd's got a bit o' black powder in 'is eye again... Stop rubbin' it, now...
Redd Oktober Posted January 21, 2004 Author Posted January 21, 2004 Stop rubbin' it, now... Arrrr...but it do itch me so.... YARRR! The Oktober be silent now! Just call me "REDD!"
BILLY BONES Posted January 23, 2004 Posted January 23, 2004 I may be too late for this, but I am willin ta help with props. My resume's on IMDB under Kelly Farrah. Let me know if I can do anything. Billy P.S. I'm in Oregon, but will travel. Capt. William Bones Then he rapped on the door with a bit of stick like a handspike that he carried, and when my father appeared, called roughly for a glass of rum. This, when it was brought to him, he drank slowly, like a connoisseur, lingering on the taste, and still looking about him at the cliffs and up at our signboard. "This is a handy cove," says he, at length; " and a pleasant sittyated grog-shop. Much company, mate?" My father told him no, very little company, the more was the pity. "Well, then," said he, "this is the berth for me." Proprietor of Flags of Fortune.
Nyre The Black Rose Posted January 23, 2004 Posted January 23, 2004 The idea of a female captin is great with me. One of my favorite PS2 games is Black Kat. It's pirats and a female. Not the most demanding of games but it has it's moment. What we gamers need is more blood, guts, pirates (any flavor) and violins. More powder black and other wise!! :)
Giselle D'Marque Posted January 23, 2004 Posted January 23, 2004 Ye can count on this lassy to be of any aid she can! I currently am running an online MSN groups Pirate RPG Giselle D'Marque~
swordsman Posted January 23, 2004 Posted January 23, 2004 I would be glad to help, as you need me, as well. Best of luck, mate. Not an easy project, that one.
Capt Grey Posted January 23, 2004 Posted January 23, 2004 John Ryes-Davies were also in Wing Commander. Actually, the only game I ever played were one by LucasArts called "Full Throttle"; a futuristic motorcycle gang. Much fun it were. However, seein' as I have cabin boys about me I get to see a lot o'the new games without havin' t'play 'em. Kingdom Hearts be a fantastical one; can't wait fer the sequel. Well Redd, if there be anything I kin help with via phone/e-mail/fax/CD you've but t'ask. Captain, we always knew you were a whoopsie. Rumors of my death are entirely premature.
Red Maria Posted January 23, 2004 Posted January 23, 2004 John Ryes-Davies were also in Wing Commander. Were? There is more than one John Rhys-Davies?!
Capt Grey Posted January 23, 2004 Posted January 23, 2004 He's been a very busy actor indeed! I first saw him in the BBC adaption of "I, Claudius" in the 70's. Captain, we always knew you were a whoopsie. Rumors of my death are entirely premature.
Redd Oktober Posted January 24, 2004 Author Posted January 24, 2004 Ahhhhh MACRO... "He's very ambitious." By The Way I'm moving this discussion to a new topic. Check it out... HERE Thanks for all your support! YARRR! The Oktober be silent now! Just call me "REDD!"
Redd Oktober Posted January 24, 2004 Author Posted January 24, 2004 John Hurt....CALIGULA. "Little Boots." Another great memory. Also...Brian Blessed...without a beard! EEEEEEWWWWW!! Sorry, it was unnerving for me to see him after Flash Gordon. YARRR! The Oktober be silent now! Just call me "REDD!"
Red Maria Posted January 24, 2004 Posted January 24, 2004 Actually I was thinking of Sejanus, Capt. Jean-Luc Picard himself, Patrick Stewart with a wig.
Capt Grey Posted January 24, 2004 Posted January 24, 2004 Aye, that show had a barrel-full o'great talent. And don't be forgettin' Derek Jacoby and John Baker. Flash Gordon, eh? I just liked the music - and Timothy Dalton (hubba, hubba). Captain, we always knew you were a whoopsie. Rumors of my death are entirely premature.
