Ahoy, Scotty, and welcome back!

Oh, my, what gorgeous work! Thank you for sharing the history and the photos.

Ransom, dear, welcome back!

Welcome back, Red-Handed Jill!

Such lovely work, all.

“Cute”? An unusual choice of words, to be sure.

Received, back on Dec. 2… a quick, but heartfelt, ‘thank you’ to Duchess was all that I managed, so following up properly now.
Such a fun and exciting project to be part of, and very much looking forward to the next iteration. The bandana turned out wonderfully!

A very sincere, if belated, Happy Birthday to you! So sorry to have missed seeing you at Fort Massacre.

Jim’s big one has a warped board backbone to really “open it up”
Love this, and perfect display as well…

Would love to see more details or the engravings on the miquelet- they look lovely from what I can see.

Mister Patrick Hand, sir - you have been dearly missed!

Ah, such sadness… may they never be forgotten.
Perhaps the loved ones
who go on ahead of us
are waiting for us now…
waiting in a place
where every moment
is happy and peaceful.
Perhaps they are waiting
to tell us a story,
one with the happiest ending of all…
and what seemed to us
to be the ending
is really only the beginning.

Designated Recipients have all been sent off to those of you who signed up. If you didn't get a message from me but you should have, let me know ASAP.
If you're a Last Minute sort of person with FOMO and suddenly feel the urge to sign up, also message me ASAP.
Not FOMO, but hadn’t had time to respond… count me in, if there is room.

1. Ask Stynky what he did with Mission's mug.
2. Ask Mission what Stynky was doing with his mug.
3. Sit back and laugh as hilarity ensues.
Steps one and two are interchangeable.🤣

You will certainly have a beautiful new wardrobe to show off!

Unfortunately, my attendance is also dubious at this point. My Dad has gone back in the hospital. I will advise as I know more. William - please offer our fort space to others.

Well boys and girls, looks like i am out. I have bleeding in my right eye (a complication of long-term diabetes) which we've been trying to treat without surgery, but that has failed. So my doctor scheduled a victrectomy for me the week before the event and I won't be able to drive or fly for some time after it. (You're not supposed to move your head very much for several weeks or lie on your back because... well, I won't describe this operation itself, but you can look it up if you like. Don't do it if you're squeamish. ) Sorry about that.
On another note, the first victrectomy is believed to have been performed by Dutch surgeon Anton Nuck in the late 17th century. So it has period roots. (I may have to expand my article on eye surgery...)Oh, nooooo… I am so sorry to hear about your eye! And sorry you won’t be at the event, but so happy you are getting it taken care of and being safe.
