  1. IF anyone is going to make a trip to Detroit to pick up the coffee pots, please get Mr. March's guns as well so he can have them in time for an event this weekend as well.... I also have Mary's fancy basket but acquired another smaller one as well as a wooden bowl.... any takers?
  2. Damnation, I hate being sick, I missed a knife fight??? And there are pictures? I think Rats just loves to torture us by making us wait!!!

  4. Um, does anyone have the "charts" for Paynetown??
  5. Aye it was! We all had a really great time and have been invited back and promised our little track of prime real estate again! At this event, location, location, location, really did make a HUGE difference... nothing like walking out of the tent and each time thinking wow, this place IS perfect.
  6. Now talk about totally devoted... Maddogge's face is covered in sand because he decided to die with gusto, face down on the ground.
  7. nothing but totally insane... but I have come to the conclusion after the last few events, that the real guys, doing such far more often than we reenactors, must have been some amazingly tough guys and in VERY good shape.
  8. Welcome to the pub. I'll settle for a pot of tea at the moment, beginning to think Bart Roberts truly had the right idea!
  9. Had a brilliant time at Pike's River, but still hot, wet and shaking sand out of everything. The Marchs, as always, are truly great hosts for puttting up with me and the snotties between events... especially since I am as sick as a dog still... I think I shall keel over and die come Paynetown... which could prove to be very impressive for the Living History aspect of the event....
  10. My most humble apologies to all the PRers if I am holding up things. I have been very busy as of late and am currently on the road for events and not home... I will see to getting my share of the thread back on track as soon as I return to Virginia.
  11. Oi Pat, honestly, does this look a bit better to you? A little less fancy dan...would like your opinion...
