Wow all this coffee info is intresting makes me thrusty i wonder if you add rum and coffee together you get a really crazy pirate

Does anyone know if pirates/ sailors had coffee aboard their ships during the GAOP and how did they store it, i think in jas townsed.com they show how coffee was kept in a paper type cartage, but that was more durning the 1770's.

ive decided to keep it in a wooden box i made 12x12x12 with a single devider so i can store two cans or a can and or a powder horn if i want to. theres no metal on my box so no sparks could happen
