Well now I know what to do with one, it cost me $5.00 on St. Kitts 5 years ago and now if it gets at least a chuckle it'll be worth it

The new ones as they would appear in an almost PC setting.

I saw pics ..... Mike .... pretty girl.
Girls were all prettier girls, tho'.
Sorry to hear about your "rash" behavior Hurricane.
Hope there were more "haters" of the two of your "Chargers"
As always I can stop the hate.
Sorry I missed it, looks like a good turnout.

Mr. McDrago,
Most pleased I yam to see that ye got your pin. Am equally gratified to see that ye di'n't bounce it off'n yer spouse or yer rat catcher.
Just in case it ever hadda go anywhere there be no "sunlight", I try very hard to make it smooth as a yung'uns arse an' the linseed oil finish .....well .... I think I needn't say anymore 'bout tha'.
I would also like to say a hearty Thank Ya for the Totally Unsolicited Testimonial as to the suitability of the product fer belayin', or slingin' or possibly even ins .... er .... that'll be all.
Your welcome,
Jim

Am I the only one who thinks that benevolent Dutchie has been feeding the scamp Fish & (paint)Chips?
Was ye able to breathe underwater?

This is a new snapsack, a work still in progress. I have to out grommets in for tying shut. The design for this came from southern rangers site. It's about 12" across and 36" long.
I think I'll increase diameter and decrease length on the "production model".
It's long enough that it takes 2 pics to get it all in.
open end
closed end
strap is about 40" long but will likely be shortened.
Let me know what ya think,

As LadyB posted in another thread, yew art an EVIL man, Sutler
Animal
In my best (probably gonna regret this) Scarlett O'Hara. "As Gawd is my witness....." I never set out to be evil.
Here comes another one "I was drawn that way" (yes only a paraphrase)
I'm starting to feel a bit like Dutch, (although I'd never send a "special" person to catch oysters for me or tell 'em they could breathe underwater .... bastid) being maligned and called evil. I just don't get it. What's evil about trying to serve the people and show them the things that may make their lives a bit more enjoyable.
Well, maybe now I just may not post the pic of the snapsack that's a work in progress .... but in keeping with character flaw (?) that I'm charged with I will. Oh,YESSSSSSS I will HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! Very soon

Dries hard as rock, hence the name, it started out as wood filler, I use it for plugging screw holes on my camp furniture. But it says on the label that it can be used for modeling and pouring and such. It's really versatile, but not very flexible.
Jim

Durham's Rock Hard Water Putty, avaialable at your local home supply or hardware store, is great, read the label it's got tons o' uses.
Maybe not flexible enough, but using Patrick's lost wax process it could be poured into the mold, removed when hardened and painted or gold leaf applique' to replicate piece. Perhaps a measurement of the Syren's preferred appendage would allow it be cast in a size that would fit her.
Just a thought, the stuff is great.

Ye be a very, very evil man, sutlerjon.

Jim

That's actually kinda sweet, reminds me o' me new life as a sutler with Nancy.
I can't think of anything even remotely crappy to say ta that.
Darn you Dutchman!
-
the intent is to get all my nav gear (after making three sets- i'm making this one for myself) into one box. of course this fits around the fire buckets (#2 is being made now), working on Luna, events, oh and show up at work now and then plus a social life with madam grace.
Too damn easy ....... ah the "unlettered" ones .....
-
Tis sad an' tragic, that any man should have to get a new one, due to his own .......
Carelessness and Neglect.
